all that unlike the AMX-30 DCA, that has no stabilisers, that cant kill tanks from the front, and has less chance to kill plnes due to joint guns

Those are scout vehicles… They are designed to stay far away and use the autocannon for defense if needed. Besides, lowering them in br would force them to fight more heavily armored tanks.
No also that it literally has no lineup at 9.7. Germany has the wiesel 1a2, ozelot and the gepard 1a2 at 9.7, what tanks are you supposed to play this with? Either you uptier 9.3 tanks or uptier the begleit with 10.0 tanks.
The Begleit also isnt op in a downtier, look at the M60A3 TTS wich is at 9.0 the begleit is not gonna rip that thing.
My friend has it and he stands by its br increase, i have watched him get 90% of his nukes using the german 9.3 line up, especially in the begal. Shut up, itll be fine at 9.7 lol.
I keep it in my 10.3 and 10.7 lineup. HE-VT is great for SU-25 and other annoying targets.

Yeah Iranian F-14s need help the rear aspect missiles are terrible at a BR where everyone has all aspect and Fakours/54s are fine if they catch a player off guard.
R-27 isn’t the ER for some reason what harm would it do adding a useable missile for a jet forced to fight at 13.0

Uptiering 9.3 tanks to 9.7 is not as big of a deal as you are making out to be.
it is already a streatch that it even has the r-27r, becuase it wasnt able to fire it and was only seen with it mounted and Iran never recived the ER so they werent able to mount that to the tomcat

Yeah, I’m not sure why he picked M60TTS as some example. That thing is easily ripped apart by autocannons to its side armour. Might as well used Object279 as an example if he wants an actual armoured 9.0.
