This isn’t a compromise. If you want the 9Ms at all you would have to replace the 120s. This just buffs the F-16.
Are you in fairy land bro? Belgian F-16A with 9Ms at 13.0 isn’t that OP. Giving Italian F16 4x AMRAAMs and 9L/i-1 is the same as Belgian but with 4x AMRAAM and without ground armament.
F16 OCU is 13.7 with pretty much the same deal but better avionics and more missiles and ground armament. How is a F16A at 13.3 with 4 AMRAAM and 9L/i-1 going to be any different

A mediocre radar (not to say the APG-66 is terrible, but i believe there are way better radars that would be at or around the same BR)
The MiG-29SMT has all of these at the cost of having worse flight performance. Because of the BR, having subpar flight performance is not the end of the world for this jet. What matters is the avionics and missiles of said jet…
Yes, if the MiG-29 flew like a Il-28 at 13.3 then i would say it is a terrible jet, but it doesn’t. So, i feel as though the MiG-29SMT would be better in this meta and at 13.3 even though the ADF would have better flight performance and a better missile (that is gimped due to the aforementioned downsides of the jet).
Besides i think people grossly overstate how the R-77 is “bad”. Yes, it isn’t an AMRAAM in range but it makes up for it in close range performance.

I’m pretty sure the ADF versions that got AMRAAM used 66v3 radar with TWS.

Relatively speaking, it very much does fly like an IL-28 at 13.3. There is a short list of aircraft with worse FMs at this BR.

I mean 2 of the 3 13.3 vehicles (I’m excluding the Su-34 as it’s rightfully moving up, finally) have a HMD so it is a downside.
Even if you consider this a major downside, the point is that the F-16 has very little wrong with it and pointing out the few things it has that slightly trouble you while flying it is really reflective of how easy the jet really is to play and do well in.
How about we look at all of this from a different angle, the notion of what a full up tier constitutes, it is clear that full 1.0br increase in match placement creates massive disparities between vehicles (ground, air, sea). If that notion changes a lot more vehicles will become playable, more ranks will become enjoyable and frankly new vehicles and sales will go up as well.
That has been apparent I believe for many year now, if that changes then moving up vehicles like the bmps, bmds, ags. F-4s, Su27, F-15a will not be affected all that badly.
