Reasoning: Gun fighter with relatively lower acceleration/top speeds which is unable to keep up/threaten the large number of transonic/mach capable aircraft in the brackets it currently fights. Unlike many other similar issue aircraft, the Venom does not have any kind of air to air missiles to compensate for this issue such as aim-9B on the Scimitar. This would be similar to the same BR changes that were performed on the F-86 and miG-15s in previous changes.
see i think the pantsir should stay 12.0 as yes its still strong why move it up just to be out performed by the new aa ussr is confirmed to get next update
Naval RB - L9059 : 2.7 > 2.3
This ship is pretty big but it’s armor is like paper. Turret rotation is pretty slow and can be tricky to use because of their positioning. Reload is slow. And last,the speed of the ship does not exceed 25 km/h. It would benefit to see his BR decrease to 2.3 where you can use it on a line up with the Aconit.
And Z46/47 go up to once again sit alongside the Gearings etc whilst lacking SAP (or even base fuse HE), HE-VT, and having 1/3rd the ammo with a worse turret layout for WT matches.
But at least there is some real upwards movement in coastal with the worst of the low level gunboats/chasers (but none of the French heavies!)

the efficiency of their missiles are still unchanged, with poor performance, unable to fight 11.7 CAS planes.
Reason: BI has always been very good and rules this BR bracket. Compared to something like F86 sabre at 8.0, BI is much faster, better dog fighter, better gun, better everything. Sure it has low amount of ammo and limited amount of fuel but 6.7 is ridiculously low BR for such a powerful jet.
from my tests, pansir is still top 3 Anti airs ingame, outclassing many of the new anti airs we had last patch. i think BVVD confirmed the BUK anti air for russia this patch in the last devstream, so its also gonna be a SACLOS missile, hopefully the better of them both goes up even higher lol
Ground RB - H-34 : 8.0 > 7.7
The French H-34 has been moved to 8.0 while the (better) US one stayed at 7.7, the French one should be back to 7.7, or change to its loadout should be applied (link below).
