Mode: Air RB
Vehicle: A-5C
BR Change: to 10.3
Reasoning: This aircraft has low survivability at BR 10.7 because it only has 8 flare pop and cannot reach mach 1 speed when carrying its payload with worse manuverability than MiG-19

It’s not going to make much of a difference, i saw more uptiers while spading this out, than downtiers it can manage and it can comfortably run alongside Leclercs as well. Just sad that 10.7 france has now gone back to one poor Leo2a4 again
Ground RB - Char 25 t : 8.0 > 7.7
This tank only uses APCBC and does not have a stab, it has no business at 8.0 where everything else is better. Only it’s reload is good. It should be back to 7.7. Or consider giving the tank it’s HEAT-FS shell (link below).

Ju 87 D-5 (Ground, not shure About air) 3.3 → 2.3 While it did get a new aquivalent bomb loadout to the D-3, the flightperformance doesnt change and the very aquivalent plane, the Il 2 Mod. 1941 with 2x 20mm Shvak and 2x Shkas is at 2.3 (while also having a wider arrangement of explosives, such as Bombs and rockets). And even the mod 1942 sits at 3.0
It has bugged damage model and can be overpressured from outside.
Mode: Ground Realistic Battles
Vehicle: M133A1 (Tow) (italy and china)
BR Change: 8.3 → 7.7
Reasoning: Compared to other platforms armed with the TOW in a similar role (including the Bradley), the lack of an automatic cannon makes it clearly inferior; it has average mobility, no armor, and is armed with an M2, which makes it decidedly inferior to vehicles with a similar br
2S38 can frontally kill nearly every tank it faces and is a very good “anti-everything” thanks to it also having a proxy round. Low flying aircraft, heli, drones, whatever flies over it will go back to hangar. A lot of premium vehicle stats are low and made it seem like the vehicle is bad because a lot of noobs buy it and dont know how to play it. 2S38 is prime example.
The F-89B and the F-89D should go up to 7.3 in ARB. They are jet fighters with 1000 km/h top speed that can intercept WWII bombers before they are half way to the closest base.
Ground RB - AMX-50 (TO90/930) : 8.0 > 7.7
The AMX-50 (TO90/930) have no business at 8.0, it’s only using APCBC, has no stab and no armor and has average speed. Or consider giving the tank it’s HEAT-FS shell (link below).

And? Thats not a reason to give it such a low BR, thats a bug not a feature.
Mode: Ground Realistic Battles/Air Realistic Battles
Vehicle: G.91 pre-serie
BR Change: 8.3 → 8.0
Reasoning: After the various F-86s and MiG-15s have received a BR reduction, the G.91s, which have inferior performance and armament, should also receive a BR reduction.
You will see it!
It will be the same scenario like the old version with flares. It’s the last plane standing and runs forever and no one is able to catch it. So the whole enemy team is strolling around with their d**** in their hand doing dumb ground pounding. What an amazing game experience…
Mode: Ground Realistic Battles/Air Realistic Battles
Vehicle: G.91 R1
BR Change: 8.7 → 8.3
Reasoning: After the various F-86s and MiG-15s have received a BR reduction, the G.91s, which have inferior performance and armament, should also receive a BR reduction.
Yeah there are actually no counters of F-14As except M2K.
I’m gonna try MiG-21bison after BR changes but, I don’t think they are good in because of air frame
Also comparing it to puma is incorrect, it’s too heavy and has fairly low mobility.
Mode: Ground RB
Vehicle: XM800T
BR Change: 8.3->8.3 (Limit the Stabilizer to <23kmh)
Reasoning:
We have to be clear here, you could bring the XM800T to 10.3 and still run around and kill other NATO tanks like no problem—The problem of XM800T and why it differs from other small autocannon light tanks is its speed + full stabilizer + no need to change ammo + 90 degree per second traverse = a light tank that doesn’t need to hide around and seek opportunity like the other autocannon light tanks (such as luch2, fox, and type87) but can just run down the main road, snaps around its turret, disables a T-62’s gun in the first second, breaks its track in the next, goes around and kills the T-62 through its 20mm lowerside, and runs away. So to balance it, just give it the R3 treatment: limit the stabilizer to <23kmh, there you go, instead of having raising its BR every single time.
Ground RB - M26 (Both for France and the US) 6.7 > 6.3
For France, the M26 doesnt have good performane, barely any line up since the AMX M4 / AMX-13 / AMX-13 (SS.11) and E.B.R. (1954) all went up to 7.0, leaving you only with a 6.3 SPAA only. For the US, not only it is also not performing very well, it is at the same BR than the Super Pershing, which make no sense, it should go back to 6.3.
Mode: Ground Realistic Battles/Air Realistic Battles
Vehicle: G.91 R4 (italy and germany)
BR Change: 8.7 → 8.3
Reasoning: After the various F-86s and MiG-15s have received a BR reduction, the G.91s, which have inferior performance and armament, should also receive a BR reduction.
Mode: Ground Realistic Battles
Vehicle: Turm III
BR: 8.3 → 8.7
Reasoning: If a T-55A sidegrade like the Object 140 has to go up to 8.7 then so should the Turm III, they’re very similar in performance one with armor and the other with great mobility. They also have access to the same ammunition types and the Turm III has access to a greater secondary armament in the 30mm autocannon.
Naval RB - Dupleix : 5.7 > 5.3.
It is the same class as the Colbert (that is BR 5.3), and while its slightly more armored,it has less gun and is also slower. It’s already one of the weakeast heavy cruiser in the game and should be 5.3 along the Colbert. It does not deserve to be at 5.7.
