It isn’t even a nickname, that’s like you ask what is a Merkava or Challenger.
This gets worse when you don’t know the contemporaries of a specific vehicle you want to move up in BR. No wonder Gaijin doesn’t listen to most stuff being written in here.
my only gripe is that it was the only lineup I had where all my vehcihloes were the same BR, but other than that I agree with them being moved up. i love it, but ver ver pwoerful
I don’t even need to read what Japanese plane you’re talking about: the Ki-44. Right. The Ki-44 w/ 22m/s climb rate and A6M maneuverability + 100mm Tojomium.
Some great changes to tank RB, love the decompression. But are we missing half the list?
Top tier tanks need to be 14.0, and the compression between early cold war and late needs to be addressed. As a bench mark, I would move the Leopard 1 to 8.7, Leopard 1A5 to 10.3, and Leopard 2A4 to 12.0
Reasoning : It was bad when it was 3.7, it’s worse now that it’s 4.0. It has a single 76mm gun with 115 rounds, killing a reserve DD is already a challenge, and yet it shares BR with the like of Kleber and Besposchadny that completely outclass it. Coastal vessels share their matchmaking with bluewater, their BRs have to take that into account.
On the coastal side of things, the M-802 massively outclass the Peacock in firepower while being slightly slower at the same BR, the Chikugo is the most comparable albeit bigger and trading gun performance for a dual mount, HMS Leopard is at the same BR while completely outclassing it in everything but speed.
And another overnerfed giant
Air Realistic Battles
B-29A-BN
7.0 → 6.3
The main problem of B-29 is it’s turrets. Brownings M2 don’t deal enough damage to efficiently kill enemies. Tu-4, even with all its problems, at least can destroy or severely damage any plane, that’s trying to attack him. And if B-29 with its Brownings is attacked by something like La-200 or Me-163, it will die with 90% probability, without any significant damage to enemy.
Raising the J-8F to 12.0 is unreasonable. Although it shares the same RB as several other aircraft in ARB, in Ground RB it lacks any ground attack capability. On the other hand, the F-4F has access to AGM-64B missiles. Additionally, the J-8F performs extremely poorly at low altitudes—it is a high-speed, high-altitude aircraft that is not suited to the conditions of ground battles. Therefore, I believe keeping it at 11.7 is appropriate.
you cannot move them down, as in a down tier, the would face 5.3 aircraft, and would be so high up that it would make games drag on forever. Bombers will pretty much always be janky in this game, and its difficult to really balance them.
