Reason:
The ikv has one of the worst speed performances for a light tank at a BR of 8.7 already.
Moving it up to 9.0 will cause it to meet more advanced vehicles WAY more often than before such as the BMD-4/M which has better speed, mobility, armament and also generation 3 thermals or for example Leopard 1A5s way more, and they have a very strong dart at their designated BR + some versions with thermals too, making the ikv easier to spot.
Not to mention this vehicle’s armor can be penetrated by a .50 cal at point blank.
Time to turn my attention to boats/ships in naval arcade battles. Starting with big bullies in the low-tier naval battles:
Mode: Naval Arcade Battles
Ship: HMS Liscomb
Change: 2.0 → 2.3
Reasoning: With the naval aiming system changes in arcade battles making it function more like an ‘aimbot,’ this vessel should receive a BR increase. It demonstrates strong survivability and can shred other patrol boats with ease.
Reasoning: With the naval aiming system changes in arcade battles making it function more like an ‘aimbot,’ this vessel should receive a BR increase. It demonstrates strong survivability and can shred other patrol boats with ease. Currently overperforming, it becomes nearly unstoppable when fielded by a coordinated four-player squad.
Reasoning: With the naval aiming system changes in arcade battles making it function more like an ‘aimbot,’ this vessel should receive a BR increase. Like HMCS Brantford, it demonstrates strong survivability and can shred other patrol boats with ease. Currently overperforming, it becomes nearly unstoppable when fielded by a coordinated four-player squad.
If 6x R-60M is wrong then it should be removed and balanced accordingly.
But was trying to play the Sea harrier FRS1e the other day and was just constantly geting BnZed by these and theyd just spam R-60Ms at you. Nothing I could do. Any subsonic at or around that BR is just a free kill for them
Reasoning: With the naval aiming system changes in arcade battles making it function more like an ‘aimbot,’ this vessel should receive a BR increase. Despite mounting two large-caliber cannons with slow traverse - a drawback negated by the new aiming system - it demonstrates exceptional survivability and can dismantle other patrol boats effortlessly. Currently overperforming, it becomes virtually unstoppable when deployed by a coordinated four-player squadron.
Reasoning: With its exceptionally powerful armament (85mm main gun and 37mm autocannon), this vessel overperforms at its 2.0 BR. I’ve consistently observed it performing effectively even in 2.3-3.3 matches. Combined with the new naval aiming system, it can effortlessly dismantle other patrol boats.
Reasoning: Compared to Type 16 (FPS), it pays for a better shell and vertical guidance with worse thermals and engine hump obstructing shooting towards the rear. Whether it’s a net gain or loss depends on player preference, but either way it’s not an unconditional upgrade. Furthermore, its nature as a wheeled scout prevents it from being too oppressive in downtiers, as it has no survivability advantage, and its superior ammo only shows its full value in uptiers.
As such, while it is, by itself, viable at 9.7, it would not be out of out of place at 9.3 either, and at 9.3 it would actually have a lineup, which would make it an attractive purchase both when starting out the tree and long term, while 9.7 is completely barren.
Vehicle: Hunter F6 (France) Gamemode: Air Simulator BR Change: 9.0 —> 9.3 Reason: Currently at 9.0 is the Hunter F1 in the British TT which has both a weaker engine and an inferior wing design. It is inferior to the Hunter F6 in every respect. In addition to this the Hunter F6 has 2x Aim-9Bs where the F1 has none. The F6 also has drop tanks, and can use these to dump most of its weight when entering a fight. In the Swedish TT is a Hunter F4 with 2x Aim-9B called the J34, which is currently located at 9.3 within ASB. The Hunter F6 needs a BR increase to 9.3 at the bare minimum to match the BR of the J34. The J34 then likely needs a BR reduction to 9.0
Reason: Due to the fact that APCR is useless and APHE got even more buffs, it’s better to bring the APHE shell all of the time, so you’re left with an over BRed M4A1
Ground RB, Vextra105, BR 9.7→9.3, I don’t understand why it has the same BR as the Type 16 mass production model, but can only have a bullet with slightly higher vertical penetration than the DM23. That guy can hit a DM33 class shell and has much better spotting ability. Besides, there is one thing that he has that they don’t. That’s the FCS module, and if it breaks, everything associated with the cannon is destroyed. The repair time is short, in the 10-second range, but it’s very stressful.
Air Realistic:
Kurnass 2000 (Israel)
12.3—> 11.7
Its an F-4E with 6 Python 3 IR missiles, theres no reason for it to be the same BR as the F/A 18A
Netz (Tech tree) —> 12.7 —> 12.3
The Netz is a block 10 with python 3s instead of AIM-9Ls. the Premium one is fine at 12.7 due to it having the Pythons and the extra 120 CMs.
