Reason: The T-64B has extremely good firepower and armor. In terms of firepower, it has exactly the same shell as the T-80B (BR 10.7), setting it apart from vehicles from other countries. Its body armor is also equal to that of the T-80B, and its turret armor is also excellent for BR9.7. Its maneuverability is also adequate, and I think BR 10.0 is appropriate.

It’s funny that many who think Type90 and TKX are fair in 11.7 are the ones who cry on the forum because there’s no 650mm ammunition in their favorite tank from 11.3-12.0

Change: 5.7 > 6.0
Reason: It has thicker frontal armor than the tree Teiger, making it difficult for other vehicles to penetrate this vehicle’s armor. Its maneuverability is not so great in forward movement, but extremely good in reverse, and its maneuverability is excellent.
Even including the fact that it does not have an APCR, I consider it to be in the same class as the Tiger E.
It has big 80mm weakpoints, that can even be penetrated from the front by some guns, but overall making it unable to angle. Its reverse speed is as fast as its forward speed, but still overall slow and sluggish, its turret is also slower than the normal tiger and it also still has the older type Drum cupola, so no.

F-104G ITA be put at rank 7, its currently rank 6 BR 11.0, illogical-since all other F-104G of other nations are rank 7, and in the ITA ver its rank 6… fold it with F-104S

It’s protection and geometry is basically the same as the challenger, the only thing that i see that is from the chieftain is the suspension, no sure that i would say that it is “between”

Change: 5.3 → 4.3
Reasoning:
Basically the same main gun as on the M24 Chaffee, same shells, same penetration.
Meanwhile, the M24 also reaches a top speed of 56km/h. With tracks, so it can maintain a higher speed on worse terrain too, with actual armor, low speed stab, a 50cal on the roof, while being at 3.7, which is the proper br for it.
So what the heck justifies the 5.3 br for the EBR 1951 ??? Its a 3.7 “tank” that can reach a higher top speed than the M24, under optimal conditions . But can be penetrated by a 50cal, has no low-speed stabilizer but an especially bouncy gun, worse off-road mobility, and no heavy machine gun.
The EBR 1951 loses to the M24 in every aspect but on-road top speed. Nothing justifies 5.3 for it, not even the .5 faster aced reload.

XM-1 Chrysler 9.0 → 9.3
It is XM-1 (gm)'s clone but at lower battle rating. This month’s br change moves t55’s up to 9.0 and XM-1 is better than t55 in every aspect, so it’s a bit unfair that that XM-1 Chrysler stays at the same br.

The only other non spaa and free tanks at 9.7 are the Vextra and the CV90. The vextra is basically a worse Rooikat or Centauro at a higher BR, already suffering from Gaijins “hatred” for France. So you’d essentially take a Cv90, a wheeled vehicle that gets a round considered decent for 8.7-9.0 and a glorified AMX-32(120) worse than most 9.7 tanks to 10.0, sounds like a great time for the french playerbase. What would be reasons to move the AMX-40 up to 10.0 anyway? Its similar to the Leo 2k but worse in almost every way exept for thermals and a blowout panel in the turret.

The main reason Kfir is sitting in that BR is flight model, which is ways better than the F-5E, yet it is ridiculous to argue that it should be moved to a lower BR.
In an ideal world the F-5E and Kfir Canard should not have the same BR, but with the current BR compression that is not possible so it is better to stay with the current BR.

If you guys will increase the BR of AMX 13 with solid shot shells. How about increasing the spall damage also? And also no nerf for YAK with 45 APHE for GRB? eg like more gun spread or mix belt? no pure aphe? And gonna spade the lower BR one while its still very good…LOL

a wheeled cv90. where? a round thats considered great for 8.7? cv9035 is the only vehicle with the round currrently ingame.
the matchmaker for 9.7 and 10.0 are almost identical, 10.3 80% of the time and 10.7 the rest.
