ozelot has the best AA radar in the game together with the stormer hvm.
this is true for all spaa ir missiles, except strela, antelope & type 81. all of them are really easy to dodge from the front.

Ozelot may have a good IRST but its still not good for 9.7 when the Gepard 1A2 exists with extra 35mm, im tryna get some logic here why SANTAL, Type 93 and PGZ04 are all fine at 9.3 but no the IRST is such a problem that ozelot needs to be a higher BR. Ive had more problems dodging the Type 93s and PGZ04s missile than when a stinger is fired at me

Its a statistical advantage that the ozelot has over the sental, thats all im listing mate.

PGZ04 & zsu-23-m4 should go up to 9.7 as they have radars + good missiles + good guns.
sidam (mistral) is already at 9.7 with worse missiles, guns and no seach radar, but with a fast turret.
and gepard 1a2 should go to 10.0 its a direct upgrade to the stormer AD at 10.0.
beetween SANTAL, Type 93 & ozelot, ozelots missiles are easily superior of the three and it has the excellent irst radar on top. santal has the poorest missiles of the 3 and standard search radar.
ozelot is justifiably a br step above those 2.

So you want the Gripen C to be .3 higher than the A in ground battles? Thats not really a good change, you essentially have 1 that has AGM65G and Fox-3 vs one that has AGM65A and skyflash. Thats not a good change imo.
It should go up if another 8.x vehicle takes its role for SPAA, T55 Marksman would be ideal but people will just use it like the Leo Marksman tbh.

Without magic II and only rear-aspect Magic Is it would likely be more like 11.0/11.3 and even that would be pushing it

Reason: Sherman II is identical to the American M4A1 counterpart in every aspect, except it does have T45 APCR shell which doesnt give it any benefit and serves as ‘dead weight’. Please consider moving it down or removing T45 shell to make it equal.

The AMX-13 (HOT) is horrendously bad. the deadzone on the missiles is enormous and the penetration on the gun is terrible. the only thing it can maybe to is snipe from long distances, but even that is hampered by it’s awful gun depression. it’s massively overtiered.

XM800T rly shouldnt be that high man 8.7 would prob be the highest it’ll go 9.3 and its seeing MBT 2000’s

Thats hardly relevant given that youre not stabilized and have almost irrelevant armour for 9.0 BR. Any tank can sit in an ambush or snipe if not even better than the 103. In general at 9.0+ everything has laser rangefinders and APFSDS (some even thermals) so the 103 is in no way at an advantage there either. If youre talking about the one at 8.0 then yeah it can go up in br too, but the 103C in this current configuration is in no way a viable tank for 9.0.

they are not the same. sidam he rounds are very slow/have high drag, they reach 2.5 km max, while pgz-04 rounds easily reaches 4km, zsu-23 reaches 3.5 km too without a problem. i tested all of these.
also mistrals are easily the worst ir missiles of all the spaas, if we disrecard chapparal. they have very short burners and bleed their energy very quickly.
i dont think any vehicle should be balanced solely by looking at their statcards, which are very inaccurate.
