Yeah the Type 91 does not need to go up in BR. It’s on the same level as the Strela and yet that thing still remains 10.3 (or whatever it is).
11.3 should be the max BR.
Oh I almost missed it but the AMX M4 is also going up ?? So you’re telling me that a 90mm cannon with 7 seconds of reload is now going to be fighting IS 3 on a regular basis ??
It should definitely stay a 6.7 and if you really want to move it up for no reason at all it must at least get a reload buff

dude facing up tiers is already a pain in this thing, going against T-72’s in a T-55, where is the sense in that?
Q-5L has CMs, it cannot be at the same BR as the F-104A which doesnt. Its bad enough trying to deal with supersonics in a subsonic when your missile should connect, if the target is immune to IR missiles with flares, then there is litereally nothing you could ever do
Also, the Q-5A and Q-5L are both 9.7 in RB.
Is ridiculous how premium vehicles can have an influx of countermeasures or AAM yet this things have only bombs and they are still uptiered to 10.0, like wtf?? At least give it AAMs for god sake

T-72A/T-72M1/ZTZ-96 9.3 → 9.7
With a 7.1 second autoloaded cannon with better rounds, and armor than anything at or around the BR I don’t see why these should stay at 9.3. Despite their max speed being lack luster, these vehicles get up to speed very quickly and only really lack a decent reverse speed. With better rounds and reload than MBT’s at and above it’s BR I don’t see why they should remain at 9.3.

I would also like to ask if there will be a much more efficient way for players to report or suggest balance issues. The enthusiastic comments from players mean that in the past, it was difficult for them to provide feedback on the imbalance of BR balance through various channels, and every in-game change of mechanics or vehicle modifications or anything else will likely affect many vehicles at the same time, and only part of those affected vehicles/weapons/BRs will be fixed or adjusted after months or even years.

but in downtiers its a god, so they would rather have people suffer in uptiers then seal club in downtiers
i disagree, there is only 4 11.0 tanks and the puma with spikes.The 4 tanks are the chinese 11.0 that are like the T72, and the russian t90a which is 11.0.
None of those tanks change anything for the amx40, you fight t72s, t72bs, turms, t80ud when you get 10.3 uptiers and 10.7. Facing 11.0 is very rare and also doesnt change anything. ITs not like you will face leo 2a5 or something.
Also the 9.7 tanks and even 9.3 tanks can still deal with 11.0 tanks because they are almost the same as the 10.3 tanks which you can see when you play 9.3 france.
I dont understand the uptier, the only thing it really changes is you wont face 8.7 tanks if you get a full downtier. However since the 8.7 russia and sweden are moving to 9.0, youre still going to face what you used to in a full downtier.
If that happens the T-72Bs should go back down to 9.7 so they can snuggle with the T-64B.
considering that the AMX M4 has pen of a 105mm gun and is consistently a top scorer with most people having 3+ k/ds on it it can not be that bad. Honestly I already assumed it was 7.0
the AMX-M4 is amazing, and its my favorite french tank
T-69 is just as sluggish and doesnt get composite, which may save you from time to time while playing T-55
No changes in BRs for 2S38 and Ka-50/52s? They should go up as well.

The t72b has better armor than the t64b though. Ignore the stat card, look at the xray
Also the t72b has better armor that the t72a. The turms is an upgraded t72a with ERA (ignoring the thermals) and the b is a “new” T72 armor layout with ERA. So at least in armor its better than the turms.
You could argue the thermals is enough to make up for the armor and id agree as i love ESS - Thermal bait
