Raising the J-8F to 12.0 is unreasonable. Although it shares the same RB as several other aircraft in ARB, in Ground RB it lacks any ground attack capability. On the other hand, the F-4F has access to AGM-64B missiles. Additionally, the J-8F performs extremely poorly at low altitudes—it is a high-speed, high-altitude aircraft that is not suited to the conditions of ground battles. Therefore, I believe keeping it at 11.7 is appropriate.
you cannot move them down, as in a down tier, the would face 5.3 aircraft, and would be so high up that it would make games drag on forever. Bombers will pretty much always be janky in this game, and its difficult to really balance them.
Reason: It is in fact a 9.3 T-72A with thermals, 3BM42, useless K-1 ERA and with the same poor mobility and armor considered that it’s now facing even stronger opponents making it a glass cannon. It’s just have no place above 10.0 with it’s characteristics.
I’m not mocking anyone, I’m just worried that Gaijin might take people seriously when they don’t even have an idea what the vehicle in question can/will face.
I’d like to see the QN506 moved down to 9.7 in GRB.
The SACLOS missiles are pretty much only good for light vehicles and SPAA.
The FNF missiles are a coin-flip on whether or not a they hit the hill front of the target or actually get a kill.
The gun has quite the spread so don’t even think about doing pin point shots.
The turret layout being what it is often lends one to self immolating quiet literally. Playing this vehicle you will find yourself running to a capture point because a nearby potshot blew up all your ammo.
All this to say it should go down in BR, in my opinion one of the worst top tier vehicles china has to offer.
The Mirage F1C/F1C-200 lacks a digital RWR and precision strike capabilities. It also doesn’t have any usable semi-active radar missiles or a decent radar. Dodging the Super 530F missile only requires a light deployment of chaff—unlike the radar missiles on the F-4J(UK) and F-4S, which are much harder to evade. Furthermore, it lacks a helmet-mounted sight, making its performance in Ground RB even worse. Therefore, I believe placing the Mirage F1C/F1C-200 in the same BR as the F-4S and F-4J(UK) is appropriate.
