Didn’t the regular HEF rounds get their fuzes fixed? Still, JP props need all the help they can get.
I do not agree, I think the Javelin is a good plane that performs well at 8.3, it has good guns with high cadence and good acceleration, if we remove the Sabres and MiG-15 that clearly should be at 8.7 minimum, it would be similar to the case of the F-104

Reasoning: The F9F-2 is somewhat of a struggle bus, as its flight performance is underwhelming compared to the F9F-5 and F9F-8. It closely resembles the F2H-2, which sits at 7.3, and shares very similar flight characteristics. Additionally, the F9F-2 struggles even in a support role, as it is easily outperformed by MiG-15s and Sabres in sustained dogfights.

It’s a sidegrade to the M4A2 with better mobility but slightly worse armor. It’s much better than the 3.7 Shermans

A proper T-80BV should have reinforced model 1985 Upper front plate like the Obj.292, and currently the model 1982 T-80B’s protection is not that good in common uptier fights. Lowering its br can improve its survivability while its mobility can partly compensate for its lack of TVD in 10.3.

Aircraft: Ju-288 C
6.0 → 6.3
Reasoning:
The Ju-288 is an incredibly fast aircraft with high surviviability (recently buffed EPS in fact!) and potent firepower. Presently, lobbies that uptier into Ju-288 (5.0-6.0, 5.3-6.3, 5.7-6.7) are negatively affected by the Ju-288 C.
Going up in BR would not negatively affect the Ju-288 and bring it more in line with other bombers. Its present bombload in sim would be sufficient to destroy bases. Presently its payload at 6.0 is enough to take out 3 bases, and 2 bases at 7.0.
By bringing the Ju-288 higher, more sim brackets become viable to fly for competetive gameplay.

Mig-27 has flares without carrying a CM pod and an internal gun.
To have flares and a gun on the AJ you lose 2 missiles
