Reasoning:
The Ju-288 is an incredibly fast aircraft with high surviviability (recently buffed EPS in fact!) and potent firepower. Presently, lobbies that uptier into Ju-288 (5.0-6.0, 5.3-6.3, 5.7-6.7) are negatively affected by the Ju-288 C.
Going up in BR would not negatively affect the Ju-288 and bring it more in line with other bombers. Its present bombload in sim would be sufficient to destroy bases. Presently its payload at 6.0 is enough to take out 3 bases, and 2 bases at 7.0.
By bringing the Ju-288 higher, more sim brackets become viable to fly for competetive gameplay.
Guys, we all know what are the most needed br changes, 2s38 and the Otomatic.
We need to make a united front to move up the 2s38 to 11.0 and to move the Otomatic to 10.7/11.0 (I would even consider a 10.3 with the complete removal of the apfsds).
Type 81(C) → 11.0
The thing can’t lock any chopper from like 4-5km, and it is impossible to lock some choppers with the IR protection systems at any range. The thing is a junk compared even to 2S6, which is a 10.7. It is useless against a good pilot at 11.3, and it will be even more useless at 11.7. The ‘AA’ just loses its purpose.
Fast enough to be untouchable, while boasting a search radar and decent missiles. It completely dominates 8.3 as the vehicles it faces are all outsped, and rarely have both a radar and comparable missiles. Not having any guns is not much of a downside as missiles are much easier to use, in a mode where they don’t have a big red marker telling you to start dodging.
Reasoning: As a subsonic aircraft with suboptimal flight performance, it struggles to compete at its current BR. At present, it feels overtiered and burdened by outdated BR placement.
Yak-9K (ground realistic battle)
4.0 > delete from the game.
Absolutely any fight against a team with Yak-9K is a lose with absolutely no chance.
You’re not even trying to weaken it.
Fighting on 3.0-5.0 not as Soviet Union, is just UNPLAYABLE.
In each battle, two or three Yak-9ks are required, which cut out the entire enemy team with one hand, making 10-15 kills, and always one shot per kill.

Me-163 B-0/Ki-200 - 8.7>8.0 (and give airspawn to all Me-163/Ki-200 variants, or move to 7.7)
Since the fuel quantity nerf, they no longer have the endurance to keep up with 8.X jets. 8.7 was already too high, and I think 8.0 with an airspawn, or moving all of them to 7.7 would be the best idea.
I don’t understand the increase in BR TKX(P) and Type 81(C). There is literally no lineup for these tanks and 11.3 will be left without sensible AA and one tank where without the bonus Fuji there will be only two tanks. AMX-40 at 10.0 where there is no other vehicle bruh, and AMX-13 at 7.0 lol. Gaijin as usual hates the French and Japanese and only destroys sensible lineups to make it even not pleasant but at all playable.
Reasoning: Since the BR for Air RB and Ground RB is now separated, the A-7K, which uses the same powerplant as the A-7D and A-7E and is subsonic, should be lowered to 10.7 and retain its AIM-9Ls. Currently, its flight performance hinders its ability to function as an optimal attacker in air RB.
Just saw these BR changes of T-55 tanks and didnt find a proper letter to describe how War Thunder developers are careless about logic and balance and simple fun in their own game. How can you imagine equal and fair game on T-55 against TAM or XM-803? Do you even know about such vechile as CLASS 3 P which is on same 9.0 too? Do you even remember existing of this? Did you think about that even a minute of your working time?
And all of these stupid changes are happening at the same time while your server performance is dramatically bad, sound is barely playable at all. What about are you thinking of?
All of these changes make me very upset again and again and I still cant recommend your game to any except developers: it can be very good for them to playing their own game for a while and feel how it really does.
Reasoning: Since the B-17G-60-VE is reduced to a BR of 5.0, the B-17E/L should also be lowered, as its flight performance is nearly identical to the B-17E, sharing the same powerplant and suspended armament.
