If I really wanted to seal club, the T29 is where it’s at. Or the T14 4.7

I can assure you that it isnt. If the T-54 (1951) is 8.0, the TO-55 (which is stabilized) should be 8.3 and the T-55A should be 8.7 because it is both stabilized gun and has decent APFSDS. it is a natural progression of capabilities that deserve an increase in BR.
What I think is worse that at its current BR of 8.3, that means that tanks with a BR of 7.3 (tanks such as the M47)have to face off against it and quite frankly that disparity in tech is a bit much. I think a finer BR gradient is needed for this area because tank tech jumps considerably such as the quick addition of stabilizers, laser range finders, APFSDS, composite armors ect… all within 8.0-9.0. Tanks underneath them just get dumped on in the all too common uptier. Natually the same should go for other nations, obviously not just russia.
For instance the M60 is 8.0, M60A1 AOS is 8.3 (stabilizer but not APFSDS) and the M60A1 RISE (both stabilizer and APFSDS).

It is extremely OP when its armour is as good as it is, at the BR that it is.
What makes the Churchill VII worthy of being 0.7 higher? What about it only being 0.3 higher than the base Kv-1, despite it having 25% more armour on a huge part of it? And that 25% is good enough to not block all Sherman’s, reliably block Panzers, and make it difficult to pen with everything else.
I think that you’re incredibly biased, and that you cant see objective stats.

It very much depends on matchmaking, it’s not 4.7 Jumbo levels of overpowered and can be dealt with, but by no means is balanced either. It’s more so extremely annoying to face and unhealthy for the game rather than overpowered. It is a prime example of vehicle that can only be actually balanced with proper BR decompression.
Right now, without decomopression it’s a question of whether you leave it at 4.0 and let it continue being nuisance for everyone else, or throw it into 4.3 and make it share the fate of KV-1 ZiS, IS-4M, IS-6, 76 jumbo and alike.

AGM114 was overvalued, not only AH64, and don’t forget that mh60l at 11.3 with MAWs and AGM114K, meanwhile the AH64A just has AGM114B

this really seems like a screw france BR change, i dont really understand the AMX-13 going to 7.0, while the AMX-13 (HOT) is still 8.3. the AMX-M4 can hold its own in most 6.7 lobbies due to the mobility. the AMX-13 though, struggles in downtiers, let alone uptiers
also, still questioning why the AMX-13 (HOT) is at 8.3 to begin with, literally every other 8.3 either is more effective, or gets better missiles (bradley)
if the AMX-13 (HOT) got HOT-2 ATGMS it would somewhat justify it being 8.3. or it being re-classed as a Tank Destroyer to receive ammo boxes, considering the MEPHISTO is 8.7, with double the missile count, ammo boxes, and better missiles, its really a no-brainer to never use the 13 HOT in a 8.3 or 8.7 lineup, the AMX-30 ACRA has better missiles and mobility at the same BR.
if anything the AMX-13 should stay 6.7, and the AMX-13 (HOT) should be 7.7-8.0

Reasoning:
This variant doesn’t have access to countermeasures at 10.7, it can face 11.7, where many jets have access to good radar missiles. And then at 11.0, which will be the most common BR, it will be facing a ton of jets that have access to all aspects 30g missiles. We all saw how the F4C suffered when it was moved to 10.3 because it had no countermeasures. This plane is no different, no countermearsures at 10.7 is unthinkable and unplayable.

This is the same F-104S but with 4 AIM-9L, on this BR its speed and dynamics are already on the plain with opponents, especially in a 12.0-13.0, but it is still starfighter

AMX-13 to 7.0? Really? I mean I get that the AMX M4 is going up. I always wondered why it’s only at 6.7 but the AMX-13 is just fine where it’s at now. Another victim of stat-based B.R changes for france.

Not on any side here but I have to bring this up…
Everyone always says “b one doesn’t face german guns” but doesn’t this also mean it fights better armor in return? Always just seemed like a weird argument to me.
i could drop nukes in the AMX-M4 easily, the AMX-13 is essentially the AMX-M4 on ultra nightmare mode
While I agree that this thing has clear weakpoints that can be hit to get good damage, the protection analysis in the hangar is often a far cry from the reality in game. That said, in my personal opinion, this thing can go to hell. Nothin I despise more than facimg this thing covered in a whole jungle. Thats the one time I am glad that CAS is so easy to spawn.
Doesn’t it have mti? Not sure if this actually fixes the problem of the radar missiles but I’d really just have all other 12.0+ radar missile focused planes go up. Wouldn’t want to fight such a fast magic 2 user in a 10.7

the KV-1B/E gets APHE, better armour, and is nearly half the size and outreloads the ARL-44 (ACL-1)
KV-1 (L-11) cant even pen the KV-1B

I think the AMX-13 is a good tank that’s fun to play. It requires some skill, but in the right position it can ne very powerful. But 7.0 is just not right imo.
