35mm AAs arent so good at AT, because of their apds. the apit(aphe) is enough to kill almost anything in a few pens. removing the apds wouldnt be a huge change.
the whole sweden 8.7 is going to 9.0 except the itpsv. is it really any worse than the swedens other 8.7 tanks? i dont think so.
I’m afraid that more people will stop playing them if they lose their AT ability, because AA seems like a boring job, if they are unable to defend themselves against enemy tanks then they will sit at the spawn lol one of the reasons we can find Gepards everywhere on the map is because they can defend itself, which also indirectly influence their AA ability due to their position, because their AA effective range wasn’t even great to begin with.

t64b is basically a turms-t without thermals. i cant see a reason to not raise it to 10.0

i dont see a reason to move up any 9.7s they all got iffy lineups. t64b is the strongest one and i never felt too overwhelmed by it, and the strongest one is the only stayign there is wild
it can be easily argued that it is the best 9.7. the other powerful 9.7 are also going up and now they need to add t64b to the list too.

nobody in their right mind would argue that the shir 2 is better than the t64b, its certainly good at its br, but l23 is pretty meh and its not very mobile. armor isnt great either. 9.7 was balanced. now its useless. are you telling me shir 2 is usable at 10.0? you either uptier 9.3 or uptier it to 10.3 both are absolutely awful solutions

Both lack a good number of ATGMs and no APFSDS.
better mobility, better firerate, better depression, better gunhandling, better reverse and similar turret armor, but with worse hull armor & worse round. i think it is just better.

Vehicle: CV 9030FIN
Change: 9.3 > 9.0
Reasoning: CV 9030FIN only has a 30mm autocannon at 9.3. As a vehicle it is comparable to the BMP-2MD which is at 8.7 Ground realistic.
The CV 9030FIN does have more penetration in its apfsds rounds but not enough to make a difference. You will still have to shoot at cupolas, sides and turret rings to penetrate. Also the slower fire rate and inaccurate 30mm bushmaster.
I think 9.0 will be good because of the other planned br changes for sweden to have a bigger 9.0 lineup

Then people can’t really complain about CAS then. That’s the tool, along with CAP, to dealing with it. But the plot becomes somewhat lost when you see an SPAA have twice as many ground kills as it does air kills. Better off listing it as tank destroyer then.
