The UD is underwhelming. On what planet is it an issue? It’s got the transmission and engine of a T-72, no thermals, none of the features that make a T-80 appealing, period. Minus the reload rate, which you can beat with manually reloaded tanks with higher crew skill.

To quote myself from last time there was a BR change: Spitfires MK.22 and 24 need to go down to 6.3 and 6.7 respectively
The P-51H is not going up, yet it is literally better on paper and in practise than the Spitfire Mk.24 at 7.0 let alone the Mk.22 at 6.7.
Either put the Spitfire Mk.22 and 24 down, or raise the P-51H. It should be at least the same BR as the Mk.22 (despite being better) and at worst on par with the Mk.24.

2S38 is balanced in BR where it is! It is a fragile vehicle, it only has an automatic cannon with one penetration. I think it’s better for you to learn how to play better than to complain about this vehicle unnecessarily.

If you base the BR’s purely off the P-51H being at 6.3 I would agree.

The F-104s will die at 9.7. I know. In my view, it’s better for a vehicle to not be good than for it to absolutely dominate everything below it.
Going up, sure, but it has to fit into a ground lineup, unless we are talking about balance in Air RB. After all, you cannot bring the plane alone into ground RB. It can be balanced by reducing the number of GBUs it carries or even by giving it a buff and moving it to 11.0/11.3.
Honestly I don’t know if he’s stupid or just a troll. seems to think the QF 77MM and 17pdr is eqivalent to the 90mm M3, which is insane. His suggestions in other threads aren’t great either lmao, just mute and move on

Horrible changes! Strela depends a lot on the player to work! Plus, mine is full of errors! There are times when the radar doesn’t lock, other times it locks on the plane but the missile doesn’t fire! Furthermore, in 10.0 it’s already difficult to see and find planes in the skies, especially when there are crap fighters with thermals installed! Strela up to 10.0 is acceptable, but in 10.3?! You are crazy?! Stop listening to flying stumps cry! Start nerfing the planes in AB and RB tanks!
Furthermore, Strela in 10.3 has no vehicles to accompany her on the Russian line! Just like the T-90A in 10.7, just it and one more SPG… These are DEAD levels! You are killing yet another vehicle with this stupid change!
The M-51 fucking sucks, should be 1.3
Its moved only in arcade bruh, radar isnt as needed as RB. Other SPAAs like the WZ305 is also miles higher in AB. Plus, whatever CAS was spawned was a lot more undesirable compared to what was picked in GRB.
The bigger thing with the UD is its unclear role. Newer players wouldve brought the turms for its thermals and added GE for crew skills, skilled players who began working on USSR/Russia only usually needs an 2S38.
The problem here is that the UD is too well protected but everything else is undesirable compared to the turms. The best way to balance it is to give it 3BM46 and moved up to 10.7.
Q-5A should not be moved up to 9.3. The vehicles of 9.0 and 8.7 are moved to a smaller BR in the same change, so balancing Q-5A only needs it remain at 9.0. Already with even no change the amount of uptiers Q-5A will face will increase, as well as it’s relative BR. Q-5A has nothing against higher BR vehicles, due to its limited top speed and subpar maneuverability at majority of speed range.

I think we know this isn’t the final set of BR changes because the AMX-13 isn’t going up again.
And that ladies and gentlemen is the way to royally fuck up. As long as you don’t play a vehicle you’ll never know what its real performance is, you just take a wild guess which can be inaccurate. Players feedback is crucial and if many players complain about something in particular MAYBE just maybe something ain’t right don’t you think?
Amx 30, Acra, Amx10rc, and Mars are all 8.3 and any lineup with them would now go without an AA, considering the 5.7 Amx10P isnt really an option. If there’s little change with this choice, then why not keep it at 8.3 instead of forcing more grind for an non-stabilized tank

The HSTV-L has had a terrible time with it’s ammo, it has absolutely NO spalling whatsoever. I would like to see one of two things done, either lower it’s BR to 11.0 OR Fix the ammo with the multiple bug reports that were brought through; This involves making the ammo have more pen, giving it HEVT shells and making it’s reload the noted .75 OR 1 second. I am also seeing that it should have the ability to lock onto planes.

If the M18 “Black cat” will not receive the engine buff of the 60 HP making it go from 400HP to 460HP, then I think the Black cat should be kept at 5.7 if the others go up to 6.0.

I also think all the Apaches should be at MOST 11.3 as they are most definitely not the same or as good as the KA-52 or the others unless they get fire and forget missiles.

The Strela I really think should be 10.3 with how good it is, or even 10.7. as it is VERY hard to dodge the missiles from it and they have VERY good range.

The 2S38 is still quite the menace at 10.0, I believe it could go to at least 10.7 or 11.0 and be just fine there as it’s a slightly less penning HSTV-L with more capabilities (So maybe even put it to 11.0 if the HSTV-L gets it’s updated stuff at 11.3).

KA-50 to 11.3 I feel would be a good change as it has tons of survivability and the missiles work very well at range, much more than helicopters around the BR.
- Tanks like the T-90M, STRV 122A/B/B+, Leopard 2A7V and T-80BVM I believe should all go up to at least 12.0 BR as they are VERY good compared to the other tanks around the BR.
Overall, I really think there should be an up BR for tanks to AT LEAST 12.0 or 12.3 as they are getting crowded again with the lower BR tanks.

Ok M18s getting bumped up to 6.0? I get trying to balance them but making them fight Tiger II (H)s and IS-3s and such isn’t it.
It was fine at 5.7 cause you still had to deal with Panthers, Tiger I’s and IS-2s.
Also not to mention that Italy now only has Shermans and R3 and Leopard SPAA in 5.0 now.

Simply ruining the most fun-to-play Italian lineup is not a good choice, tbh. The AMX can be nerfed by reducing the number of GBUs or by nerfing its flight performance. Instead, Gaijin chose to change its BR when there isn’t a really good BR for it to go to.
StuG III Ausf. A 2.3 → 2.0 The Pz IV Ausf. E and F1 are also at 2.0, they have the same gun, about same speed, but also a turret and coax MG, which the StuG III Ausf. A doesnt have, the StuG III Ausf. A also has a couple Weakspots at the roof.
And it feels a bit funky in a full uptier at 3.3
