I think we know this isn’t the final set of BR changes because the AMX-13 isn’t going up again.
And that ladies and gentlemen is the way to royally fuck up. As long as you don’t play a vehicle you’ll never know what its real performance is, you just take a wild guess which can be inaccurate. Players feedback is crucial and if many players complain about something in particular MAYBE just maybe something ain’t right don’t you think?
Amx 30, Acra, Amx10rc, and Mars are all 8.3 and any lineup with them would now go without an AA, considering the 5.7 Amx10P isnt really an option. If there’s little change with this choice, then why not keep it at 8.3 instead of forcing more grind for an non-stabilized tank

The HSTV-L has had a terrible time with it’s ammo, it has absolutely NO spalling whatsoever. I would like to see one of two things done, either lower it’s BR to 11.0 OR Fix the ammo with the multiple bug reports that were brought through; This involves making the ammo have more pen, giving it HEVT shells and making it’s reload the noted .75 OR 1 second. I am also seeing that it should have the ability to lock onto planes.

If the M18 “Black cat” will not receive the engine buff of the 60 HP making it go from 400HP to 460HP, then I think the Black cat should be kept at 5.7 if the others go up to 6.0.

I also think all the Apaches should be at MOST 11.3 as they are most definitely not the same or as good as the KA-52 or the others unless they get fire and forget missiles.

The Strela I really think should be 10.3 with how good it is, or even 10.7. as it is VERY hard to dodge the missiles from it and they have VERY good range.

The 2S38 is still quite the menace at 10.0, I believe it could go to at least 10.7 or 11.0 and be just fine there as it’s a slightly less penning HSTV-L with more capabilities (So maybe even put it to 11.0 if the HSTV-L gets it’s updated stuff at 11.3).

KA-50 to 11.3 I feel would be a good change as it has tons of survivability and the missiles work very well at range, much more than helicopters around the BR.
- Tanks like the T-90M, STRV 122A/B/B+, Leopard 2A7V and T-80BVM I believe should all go up to at least 12.0 BR as they are VERY good compared to the other tanks around the BR.
Overall, I really think there should be an up BR for tanks to AT LEAST 12.0 or 12.3 as they are getting crowded again with the lower BR tanks.

Ok M18s getting bumped up to 6.0? I get trying to balance them but making them fight Tiger II (H)s and IS-3s and such isn’t it.
It was fine at 5.7 cause you still had to deal with Panthers, Tiger I’s and IS-2s.
Also not to mention that Italy now only has Shermans and R3 and Leopard SPAA in 5.0 now.

Simply ruining the most fun-to-play Italian lineup is not a good choice, tbh. The AMX can be nerfed by reducing the number of GBUs or by nerfing its flight performance. Instead, Gaijin chose to change its BR when there isn’t a really good BR for it to go to.
StuG III Ausf. A 2.3 → 2.0 The Pz IV Ausf. E and F1 are also at 2.0, they have the same gun, about same speed, but also a turret and coax MG, which the StuG III Ausf. A doesnt have, the StuG III Ausf. A also has a couple Weakspots at the roof.
And it feels a bit funky in a full uptier at 3.3
Now my man, may I interest you with 6.0.
Not as powerful as 10.3, but this lineup should be more than enough to win games and have fun stomping 6.0, even without the tigris.
That would be wrong to nerf a vehicle to be unrealistic instead of trying to make it balanced at the BR it was at.
Yeah, I agree. Interestingly, after the BR change of the Hellcat, Italy could be the only choice if you still want to play the Hellcat and have a full lineup.
But it’s still a pity to see the situation at 10.3. It won’t be a weak BR even without the AMX (far from it), but it will be somewhat “mediocre”.
Still, 2S38 not being addressed, able to engage air targets AND ground targets effectively, but 0.3 lower than HSTV-L. Money over balance.

I have a feeling that they might be making room on that line-up to add Italys other CAS aircraft they have not added yet like the Aermacchi T-346A or the Aermacchi MB-339
These battle rating changes are awful. The T-34-76s will now all be the same BR with the much better STZ and captured German variants being only 0.3br higher than the VERY first T-34s available.
In the air, we have gaijin COMPRESSING AIR EVEN FURTHER while NEGLECTING to even bother trying to downtier the ACTUAL MUCH WORSE jets at 8.0-9.0, instead electing to downtier THE VERY BEST JETS AVAILABLE AND ONLY THEM in the form of the F-86 and MIG-15/17 type jets.

Im hoping a lot of bombers/ground attack aircraft will get a BR reduction for air modes in June, Currently their BR is set for both ARB and GRB

That bracket is impossible to balance.
for example:
Aircraft like the Hunter F6 and Harrier Gr1 I think are perfectly balanced for an 8.7-9.7 match. The issue, is that you are almost always upteired to fight 10.3. Where you are just DOA. It might be possible to drop their BR down to 9.3 but they would still face mostly 10.3s and they would dominate at 9.0.
What they really need to do is either

Put a hard wall in at 10.0. So aircraft below 10.0 never face anything above 10.0

add some kind of guranteed downtier mechanic (so maybe 1/5 matches wont be uptiered)

forget random RnG MM and have Air Sim style brackets.

Personally feeling: this game is often selective when it comes to realism, especially in the design of armament. Examples include the lack of PTAB bombs, the ability to semi-automatically guide Bullpup missiles on the H-34. Not to mention the “balanced” power of Nord missiles and the “balanced” anti-tank abilities of many US SPAAs.

Hope so, or just add some 11.0 ground vehicles.
I understand that fleet (espacially coastal fleet) never gets much attention, but increasing the BR for LE Orla/Peacock and M17/M802 while keeping the BR of Pr.206 and SKR-1/7 at 4.3 is purely insane. Did the developer ever play Orla and M802 before suggesting this BR change? Those ships are very vulnerable and nearly impossible to fight back when facing either Pr.206 or SKRs, increasing their BR simply make their chances of facing those OP ships much higher.

we should put the all the cl13 to 8.7 since they are just simple f86 sabres, and we should move the f86k to 8.7 because is basically a g91 with a better engine and radar: fun fact the g91 was based of the f-86
also the radar is almost useless because it has the same radar as the f3d so its old and it can only detect large aircraft for example:the il 28
it really needs to put on 8.7 because its really punished by its br and its not manouvrable as a g91
and all the other sabres with sidewinder missiles deserve better
