Pz III Ausf. E-J turret speed to 14°/sec (from 12°/sec) like the other Pz IIIs allready have, they are all hand traversed (so there arent any tests and its a soft stat by the human) they are all at low Br and even Reserve tanks. At the lower ranks mobility is key, pretty much every other tank has a much faster turret traverse as well as general mobility.
The Pz IIIs also have not much armor (30mm and the J 50mm) and all have allmost the same traverse mechanism as well
Give the He grenades to Rank I and II, with Overpressure and many unarmored or thinnly armored vehicles, especially if your tank doesnt have a coax (P.204 (f) for example) and most can be effective.
Especially the Pz III Ausf. F and J which have the 5 cm KwK 38 L/42, the Sprgr. 38 has 200g Fp.02 and Np.10 with an TnT aquivalent of 256g thats more than enove to Overpressure enemys.
I agree with all of these suggestions. Especially the OTOMATIC. Don’t move the AMX while you’re at it. It does not have anything special over it’s other 10.3 counterparts (A-6E, A-10, Su-25 etc.) There are plently of attackers at 10.3 already are identical or similar in effectiveness. To single out the AMX is simply cruel.
Br Changes:
Panzer IV Ausf. E 2.0 → 1.7
It is basically in between the Pz IV Ausf. C and F1, tho at the same Br as F1, even tho it only has mere 30mm frontal turret armor, and mostly 20mm side and back armor. While it has 10mm more Frontal hull protection, however that has holes with just 30mm. There isnt really a reason to play the E over the F1, as you cant even properly angle, because of the 20mm side, which can even be penetrated by relatively more powerfull 37mm guns.
Reason: The better C-7 is 2.7 which is better because: Armored glass, can carry bombs and has 2x 20mm Mg FF/M and faster while the C-6 cant have bombs has no 20mm and is fixed with the 30mm Mk 101. In comparison the Hs 129 B-2 which is also at 2.3 has more armor, 2x 20mm Mg 151/20 and 2x Mg 17 (instead of 4x Mg 17) and a Mk 103 with 100 instead of 60 rounds and higher fire rate. It overall exchanges most of it offencive firepower for a better flightperformance.
Hs 129 B-2 2.3 → 2.0 while the Offencive Firepower is good, it has no defencive armarment and is quite slow with usually 250-300 km/h, especially in an uptier to 3.3 the power increase to other planes is extreme and the Hs 129 cant even escape, escaping from Biplanes (like the russian ones) is even complicated).
Planes should not sit at too low of a BR just to fit a ground lineup. If the plane isn’t balanced it needs to go up. And the AMX is much better than something like a JaguarGR1A, A-10 late or AJ37.
Do 217 N-1 2.7 → 2.3 it is a Do 217 J with radar a little bit stronger (but also heavyer) engines (1430 hp to 1580 (150hp more)), changes the 20mm Mg FF/M to Mg 151/20 which are also heavyer (but fire the same rounds and) and has on paper a tiny little improvement in climp (5,9 to 6,8 (0,9 more) and such but because its also a good tat heavyer flyes even worse.
Same goes for N-2 2.7 → 2.3 its even worse as it changes the (useless anyway) small bombload and the 2x only def 13mm Mg 131 for 4x 20mm Mg 151/20 in Schrägemusik position which really is only dead weight and also changes once again the camo from Black to White with black spots.
And move the Do 217 N-1 and N-2 in front of Ju 88 C-6
Ju 87 D-5 3.3 → 2.3 It has worse bomb load than the D-3 (no 1000kg bomb, and less 500 kg loadouts (no 3x 500kg bomb loadout), while also the flightperformance doesnt change and the very aquivalent plane,
the Il 2 Mod. 1941 with 2x 20mm Shvak and 2x Shkas is at 2.3 (while also having a wider arrangement of explosives, such as Bombs and rockets) And even the mod 1942 sits at 3.0
Switch the Ju 87 D-3 and D-5 folder with the Hs 129 B folder, to have all Ju 87s in a row.
In the folder change the Hs 129 B-2 and B-3, to be in chronological order.
What an absolute joke, completely ignoring multiple broken vehicles, I’m not even going to bother listing them because it’s the SAME OLD VEHICLES IGNORED EVERY SINGLE BR UPDATE. Fox was good for 1 patch HAMMED WITH BR INCREASE. Meanwhile a certain 10.0 line up is just coasting away smashing the life put of 9.0 vehicles. I’m so GLAD there’s other games to play because the devs are absolutely TONE DEAF with this one. PREDICTABLE.

Cant really argue with this statement, tho Tiger’s nuke shell is much more reliable then the others (I might be wrong about it, and this statement is purely based on my experiences)
JaguarGR1A, A-10 late, AJ37, and other 10.3 attackers are all worse than the AMX. it gets 6 LGBs and 2 AIM-9Ls while being nimble, very fast for a subsonic and not ripping at high speeds like the Su25.
A6E has limited loadouts and rips quickly in hard turns. the 10.0 Su25s don’t have a targeting pod or LGBs and rip at high speeds. A-10s are super slow in comparison.
5 cm KwK 38 L/42 (As found on Pz III Ausf. F and J as well as P.204 (f) KwK) they were allready nerfed with a useless increase the reload speed from a prio ammo storage.

40mm 2 Pounder has: 3,19/2,8 sec
37mm M6 has: 3,55/2,9 sec

Even tho its has allways a dedicated Loader its among the slowest to reload. Its fastest is slower than the basic of the other guns.
Reason: The Chieftain mk.3 is very slow, it doesn’t have APFSDS ammo and no LRF (Laser rangefinder) like most of its competitors at the same level . The vehicle would be the equivalent of the M60A1 (AOS) or the T-55A who they’re sitting in 8.3 BR, like the Olifant mk.1 (haves apfsds and LRF)
T-80UD/Object 292 :Raise BR, 10.0 to 10.3
The T-80UD, Obj 292 need to go up to 10.3 at a minimum.T-80UD has a fast reload and K5 ERA, the only negative is no thermal, what is correct to have 0.7 lower of the T 80 U / T-80UM (squadron vehicule of Sweden and russia).
2S38 :Raise BR, 10.0 to 10.7/11.0
2S38 would be fine at 10.7 or 11.0 minimum. HTVL is 11.3 and perform less than 2S38. Why ? HE-VT + tracking system, good reload and bigger ammorack. You have anyway BMP-2M in the same BR too.

The UD is underwhelming. On what planet is it an issue? It’s got the transmission and engine of a T-72, no thermals, none of the features that make a T-80 appealing, period. Minus the reload rate, which you can beat with manually reloaded tanks with higher crew skill.
To quote myself from last time there was a BR change: Spitfires MK.22 and 24 need to go down to 6.3 and 6.7 respectively
The P-51H is not going up, yet it is literally better on paper and in practise than the Spitfire Mk.24 at 7.0 let alone the Mk.22 at 6.7.
Either put the Spitfire Mk.22 and 24 down, or raise the P-51H. It should be at least the same BR as the Mk.22 (despite being better) and at worst on par with the Mk.24.
