Again, basically just the LAV-AD but for Israel. Long range IRCCM missiles and an IRST guided gun for close range. IRCCM does not belong facing flareless post-war jets.
(note)
In accordance with early SAMs going up, the following planes would also have to be raised:
A-4E (Early), Ayit, Hunter F.58, Yak-130, A-4E Early (M), and A-4E.
Vehicle: Su-30SM2
Mode: Air-RB
Suggestion: Move from 14.7 to 15.0
Explanation: It is time we have top tier decompression again and we can start this by moving the Su-30SM2 and Rafale up where it belongs. The Su-30SM2 is quite literally the best plane in the game and it offers tremendous advantages to anyone below it at 14.3 down to 13.7.
Long range IRCCM missiles, with the added bonus of 35mm Oerlikons which shred planes and tanks alike. Also worth noting its better at resisting strafing than most other early SAMs. IRCCM does not belong facing flareless post-war jets.

These are my final thoughts on the British Phantoms.
Both the FGR.2 and the F-4J(UK) should receive AIM-9Ls and Skyflash SuperTEMPs while remaining at 12.0 because both aircraft are underperforming in the current meta.
I don’t see a compelling balance reason to give these upgrades to only one of them. WarThunder already has plenty of examples of multiple variants sharing the same missile loadout, so treating these two aircraft similarly wouldn’t be unprecedented.
Even with the same missiles, the F-4J(UK) would not outperform the FGR.2. The FGR.2 would still retain its key advantages, including more powerful engines and a larger countermeasure load, giving it better overall performance and survivability.
The proposed changes aren’t intended to create two overpowered Phantoms because they’re meant to make two outdated aircraft more competitive. The F-4J(UK) would remain the weaker of the pair, while the FGR.2 would continue to be the superior aircraft. The only meaningful difference is that both would finally have missile loadouts that are more appropriate for the current state of the game.
For those reasons, I don’t believe there’s a balance justification for increasing either aircraft’s battle rating to 12.3. These changes would improve their effectiveness and make them more enjoyable to play without fundamentally changing their place in the game’s balance.

The British Tornado F.3 occupies the same Battle Rating while benefiting from:
AIM-9L Sidewinders
Skyflash SuperTEMP
A significantly larger countermeasure capacity
More modern avionics
The Tornado is a much newer interceptor with clear technological advantages.
The goal is simply to ensure the F-4J(UK) And FGR.2 receives the weapon systems that historical evidence shows it was capable of carrying and employing. This is a historical accuracy and quality of life improvement, not an attempt to make it compete directly with the Tornado F.3.
eh, couldnt care less honeslty, i regulary dont have forum access,
only got it right now cause i wanted to tell the canadian that the canadian 2a6 for Uk this year is a tad bit giant cope, after they just got 2 abrams and looking at the general addition speed of mbts.
guess i am gonna play a tad bit more next month to get the hori but oh well
Vehicle: Rafale (all)
Mode: Air-RB
Suggestion: Move from 14.7 to 15.0
Explanation: It is time we have top tier decompression again and we can start by moving the vehicles that have the highest statistics and efficiencies. The Rafale offers many advantages over other 14.7s and even dominates the 13.7s utterly.
