F-11F has half the top speed of the Su-7B.
It was moved up from 9.0 because it was OP as hell.

Its slower than the Jaguar GR1 and that thing can barely hit Mach 0.99 when low on fuel and out of weapons

at what? the cruising altitude of an airbus? nobody fights up there
it doesnt have an issue making it to the sound barrier at sea level
even has a higher true speed the closer to the ground you get
That doesn’t make it nearly as fast as the Su-7
like most of the early supersonics the su7 has a very hard time making it very far past M1.0 unless you take it to a very high altitude
and the only actually relevant altitudes in warthunder are well below that threshold
at best the su7 is the 7th fastest airframe at 9.3
