I feel that the K’s won’t be doing much difference at this BR anyways. B’s and K’s perform around the same because both have really good penetration making the tandem warhead on the K a bit pointless.
Still, it’s great the the devs are acknowledging this but I was hoping for greater BR changes. For example it doesn’t make sense when the Ka52 is at the same BR as other 12.0 apaches and the viper.
What they need to fix is how hellfires behave and consequently how they fly. Maybe that can bring it on par with the vikhrs and other benefits the Ka52 has but playing the Apaches/Viper at 12.0 is so lackluster and disappointing
The idea is that with individual posts, the community can “vote” on that suggestion by liking it.
If the post contains multiple suggested changes, then there is no way to know whether its all the changes wanted or just a few, when the community votes on it.
not to mention the fact all the fuel tanks are exterior, even if you shoot a direct hole through the entire fuel tank into the crew compartment really bugs me as well. the bmpt belt should be continuous, and should detonate the tank if you shoot it
Ah yes, the vehicle thats so OP you can completely avoid it by sitting a few kms away in a heli or pull a few g’s in a plane. Might as well move all spaas up by 1-2+ BRs since they have the ability to actually shoot down planes instead of just being cannon fodder and thats clearly too op.
The Vampire series is significantly overtiered at 8.0, as its performance is inferior to most jets it faces. It suffers from low top speed, poor acceleration, and weak climb rate, making it unable to compete with faster early jets such as MiG-9s, F2H-2s, and other 8.0 aircraft. It cannot effectively chase enemies nor disengage once targeted.
While it has excellent manoeuvrability, this comes at the cost of severe energy loss, meaning any turnfight quickly leaves it slow and vulnerable. Against multiple opponents or faster jets, this becomes a major disadvantage rather than a strength.
Its flight performance is closer to late propeller aircraft than true 8.0 jets, forcing it into a very limited playstyle where it relies entirely on enemies making mistakes.
Although it has strong 20 mm armament and decent CAS options (bombs/rockets), these do not compensate for its poor survivability and lack of speed, especially in Ground RB where SPAA and faster aircraft make repeated attack runs difficult.
At 7.3, the Vampire would face aircraft with more comparable speed, acceleration, and overall performance, allowing its turning ability and armament to be relevant without being heavily outclassed.
Mode: Ground RB
Vehicle: Gepard
Recommendation: BR 8.3 to 9.0
Reasoning:
An unmatched anti-aircraft gun with a 5km target lock and 4km accurate fire. It’s very entertaining (not) to play against it with early jets and helicopters with ATGMs at 3km. And as if that weren’t enough, it’s also fast and effective against armor. Replace it with the ZSU-23-4 GDR.
Since we are changing stuff for early F-16s, i gotta say the F-16AJ should be moved down to 12.3, it shouldnt be fighting fox-3 missile buses pretty much every match just because it has 2 fox-1s and a decent radar, playing it feels like hardcore mode every regular match
The BMPT has the single highest winrate of any TT vehicle. the BMPT-72 has the highest winrate of any top tier premium. Both of these vehicles are averaging a 60% winrate with 1.5+ kills for every death. Considering a vehicle thats well balanced should be getting 45% ~ 50% win rates and a .9 ~ 1.1 K/D, something seems slightly off
Splitting my original big post up since I apparently broke an unspoken rule.
Vehicle: M44 (all nations) BR Change: 4.0 → 4.7 (GRB) Reason: Extreme mobility and firepower make this a real nuisance that totally outclasses the M55 it shares a BR with. It can take up light tank positions and rain down fire with a gun that instakills most targets regardless of where it impacts them.
Mode: Ground Realistic Battles
Vehicle: ADATS (M113)
Recommended Change: 11.7 to 11.3
Reasoning:
The ADATS in the British Tree does not belong at 11.7 anymore. Its limited range as an Anti-Air coupled with limited HEAT Penetration of its missiles are not as effective as they once were back when the Battle Ratings were more compressed than they are today. Add on with the fact that it does not have the 25mm cannon that the American version has and you have what amounts to a mediocre tank that is mediocre in both its roles as an anti-air and anti-tank. The 2S6 in the Russian tree at 10.7 is a more effective vehicle than the ADATS is.
