The Harrier is definitely worse, though at least the Tornado and ICE gets 4x AIM-9Ms.
I think it going to 13.3 would be fine but they need to move up the Su-30s and possibly the Su-27 / Su-33 as well.

Increase Ground RB max BR to 14.7 like Air RB. Then decompress from 6.0+

BR change: 12.3 to 12.0.
Reason:
Currently the same BR as the vastly superior aircraft F/A-18A, Mirage 2000 C5, and F-16A Block 10.
Make a decision Gaijin. Keep pushing vehicles down, or fix things by moving the superior vehicles up.

Hey I’m all for unique changes if he wants it nerfed that’s on him. It won’t happen but nothing wrong with wanting to be unique even though it’s an artificial uniqueness I guess.

They refuse to move powerful vehicles up, so it’s time to mass-suggest moving the weak vehicles down and hope they oppose doing that enough to move the powerful vehicles up.
unfortunately they are probably going to wait until the may sales at the least to actually move those things up because they are making gaijin tons of money
