Please, we already provided all possible informations ( even hystorical test tables ) that those ships were able to reach this kind of reload.
Playing these ships just make you feel like you are just a random spectator in a match, as other ships with almost twice ( or even twice ) your reload actively fight for supremacy over the battlefield.
After the buff, I heard that the stormer is pretty good (despite the bugged damage still), but being one step above the strela is fine, considering it is a guaranteed kill every time you fire

i really don’t understand the new BR change 8.7 → 9.0
i don’t believe it can be compared to tank like OF40 mk2, X803, M60 TTS, Leo A1, Class 3 P, 279, BMP3, and the Chinese 9.0 gen 2 thermal gang
or be better than the APZ.K A2 / and the SK-105 A2 are 8.7 that for now share the same BR but have more tech (gen 2 thermal, drone, spotting, a turret ; ), and even a better round) with the same fire rate
the fact of the transmission always breaking while receiving shot no armor against APFSDS you’re dead if you get hit and at 30 degree sideways you can’t aim (even more hull aim is already a tragedy by itself) really compromise its performance and usability

As a general idea, I think a lot of aircraft without significant anti-tank capabilities should be lowered in BR in ground RB for the lower tiers.

But the C13? Seriously?? Ah i see, Italy gets nerved at every corner again. The Freccia to be higher than the 2S38 and the BMP-2M because of what? It’s extremely situational and unreliable missiles?
Maybe consider yeeting the Turm III up a notch? 8.3 ------> 8.7
Would also make the JaPz.K A2 more usable with another 8.7 vehicle.

Reasoning:
Maps currently aren’t big enough for them to climb to play like an strategic bomber and are currently mostly defenceless against supersonic aircraft. They may have the ability to flare missiles but would not be able to defend themselves against aircraft with SALCOS and radar missiles. Both can definitely be more playable and fair with a slight BR change. For the Tu-4 it even worse and 7.3 will hopefully make it more playable.
ah, i kinda thought you were talking about those top tier helis since the spike does at least match the range of all the helis at its br (with the exception of the vikhrs on the ka50/52 and mi28)
No, it still can’t match AKD-10s, AGM-179s, and Mokopas too.

BR - 11.7 → 11.0
Reason- The VT5 is at most a slight upgrade to the M10 booker which is 10.7, it gets same thermals, a better vertical traverse, and LWS but a worse sabo (does get He-VT thou which is nice) and worse depression on -5 compared to -10. Reload is similar with the M10 needing ace crew to match the autoloader of VT5.
There is no reason why the VT5 should be a whole BR above something so similar, even with the higher skill level of chinese TT players the VT5 stats are not good.

And what can a BI do to a meteor running at topspeed of 850-900 km/h, turns better, has more ammo with good guns, have more fuel and more guns. it cant dive away, it cant run away (any halfway decent pilot knows to NOT get slow with early jets) it cant outmanuver.
