Planned Battle Rating Changes (April 2026)

I was accounting for the Japan tax ig. Could be 5 sec without issue.

It would be nice to see the Mirage 5F and Mirage IIIC go down in the ground br. Compared to other jets at 10.0, they are one if the few that are still at 10.0 with a lack of CAS.
Compared to the F-4C and Su-17 at 10.0 air and 9.7 ground.

That is definitely too much to ask

Lol

Move BMPT and BMPT-72 to 12.7 and give them APFSDS. IT IS RUINING GAMEPLAY FROM 10.3 -13.0 NOW

Puma better stats than the bmpt please show me

shouldn’t get apfsds, it doesn’t work in the ammo feeding system iirc

spikes are way better

Why is the Su-7 going back from 9.0 to 9.3? Literally 3 months ago was moved down to 9.0, because it absolutely sucks and the only thing it has is some speed. Which is not even enough to break M1 when flying with bombs. Putting it at the same BR as the MiG-19PT is absolute joke. They are nowhere near the same in performance.

Vehicle: Su-7 (all variants/nations)
Mode: Air RB
BR Change: 9.3 → 9.0
Reason: See above.

the F-14b with the AN/AWG-9 cannot take the aim-7p in datalink mode. would be the same as a aim-7m. i recommend the in game f-14b be upgraded to the f-14b(u). The F-14b(u) has the AN/APG-71 and can use the aim-7p in datalink mode. the F-14b(u) might be the only non fox3 jet that can compete with the su-27 IMO.

apfsds doesnt work with its loading system (just like it doesnt on BMP2)

however it should be 12.0

The BMPT still does not belong at 11.7 in my opinion, the tech tree version in particular due to it’s much higher survivability belongs at 12.3+. If the performance decreases at that battle rating it can be compensated by adding an APFSDS belt to one of the two guns.

Type 95 Ro-Go
jp_type_95_heavy

  • Arcade Battle BR: 1.3 → 1.0

  • Realistic Battle BR: 1.3 → 1.0

  • 70 mm Type 94 Reload Speed: 4.0 s → 3.5 s

  • 37 mm Type 94 Reload Speed: 2.9 s → 3.3 s

  • Correct missing shoulder-stop stabilizers for both guns (Bug Report)

jp_type_95_heavy
Rationale:
Compared to other multi-turreted heavies at 1.3, such as the Nb.Fz. and T-35, the Ro-Go falls short massively in terms of firepower. The 70 mm has some of the lowest shell velocities in-game, while the 37 mm is far from powerful enough to compensate. The 70 mm is a very compact weapon with short cartridges, so a quicker reload is not unreasonable. However, the 37 mm turret should have a consistent reload with the Ha-Go since the turrets are practically the same size and have ammunition stored in equally accessible spots.

Both guns should have shoulder-stops for their gunners. Since the 70 mm often takes more time to approximate ranging for, not having to wait for the vehicle to fully stop to start ranging would be very useful.

The Ro-Go’s armor is modest, and the mobility is poor, so it would not become a toxic vehicle at 1.0 by any stretch of the imagination, but it would become much more usable.

Because it is blatantly and extremely overpowered at 9.3 and you’d have to be ignorant to not see that.

Don’t use bombs then.

Yeah but that’s just BR compression. It shouldn’t go lower because it’ll be OP otherwise.
