Im getting so tired of playing 8.0-9.0 and getting killed by OP planes and helicopters. First helicopters I absolutely despise them because if they are 5 miles away from the battle and have a ton of ATGM’s they cant be shot down and if they hide behind cover and shoot tanks. Also planes i am so tired of getting strafed, shot by ATGM’s, and getting bombed. I know everyone wants a SEPARATE GAME MODE FOR AIR AND GROUND! So lets make a new game mode called “ground realistic battles” and rename the original GRB to “combination battles” they literally call it combined battles in the war thunder videos so how about we make a new game mode for just ground vehicles. This could benefit everyone so people who wanna use CAS and stuff can load into matches and kill tanks and other planes more than SPAA can get kills as well. But in just ground vehicles GRB people could actually use open topped vehicles and light tanks without getting destroyed by CAS. I doubt this post gain the attention of Gaijin but if this does Gaijin i beg please make 2 game modes.
Also guys the excuse “but planes were in War Thunder first” means nothing its like putting the original Oreo’s with the other flavor because the original came first.

8.0-9.0 has the strongest SPAA in the game compared to the planes they fight. First time ive seen someone complain about CAS in those tiers lol

Sorry the main issue is no one uses the SPAA for AA purposes just killing tanks and im an italian main so those SPAA arent really super OP. Also just in general im tired of CAS and revenge bombers.
I wouldn’t play that at all.
I play combined arms for a reason. The first 1500 hours I played this game I hated CAS , with a passion, however it adds substantially more to the ground gameplay, especially preventing campers and positional abusers.
(Not meaning good map positioning, refering to abusing specific exploits).
Is it frustrating? Yes , at 9.3 it’s really not bad at all you’ve got spaa that can catch the helis, or in fact planes that can combat them too.

8-9.0 have the best SPAA for the planes they face. they see ww2 planes still when they are from the 70s
CAS spam at that BR is skill issue. or because the gepard is killing tanks instead. #removeAPfromSPAA
below and higher is a significant problem

Revenge bombers rarely happen to me at those BRs , specifically down at 6.7 and down it’s a pain.
That though can be remedied by trying to relocate constantly.

Ehhh right now the only issue really I have with cas bar that 4.0 - 7.7 US spam, is the damn new FnF missiles at top tier on helis.
It’s bonkers watching Ah64S, mi28s , and chinese helis wipe whole teams.
So you have access to the ZSU-23-4V and SIDAM 25. I hope you’re not one of those people that complains about planes all day but never plays SPAA
Let me make something clear i am an Italian main so basically all my vehicles are light or have not armor at all. Plus if no one actually properly uses SPAA the planes stay up. I just would like battles without worrying about planes.
Legit a skill issue. Helicopters at the given BR are very slow, and only two can reach beyond 5 km with missiles, which are the British Wasp and Wessex with the two AS12 missiles that suck.
Also, there are no open-top vehicles in this BR range, with the exception of the WZ305, so it is your fault for bringing significantly under BR vehicles.
in this tier helicopters have max 4-5 km mar xange missiles…
