I have a question… when i play ground RB , and i go in to a plane , many times i want tu surprise my enemy by coming from beind enemy and shutting down the engine , but whenever i watch the replay , from enemy view , my plane sounds like it has engine on , and ofcourse there is no surprise he is looking straight at me. Why is that? Isn’t that the point of shutting down the engine , so the enemy can’t hear you?
they still spin. which still create sound unless they fully stopped.
it is the same for jet and pro engine…the sound is stil on with engine full stop…
No, it’s not. When you turn a jet engine off, there is no more exhaust. When you turn a propeller aircraft engine off, it acts like a glider for some time. Doesn’t matter if you turned your prop off; we can see you. You simply made yourself easier prey.
what are you blabig arownd? did any of you can ansewer my cuestion? or you just like to chat? ARE THE PLANE ENGINES STIL HAVE SOUND IF THE ENGINE IS TURNED OFF? because , like i sayd , enemy can stil hear the engine even if it is off…
