PL-12 and PL-12A were vastly superior to the Aim-120A/B/C5/D.
Then they got nerfed down to largely the same performance as the Aim-120A/B/C5/D. Which the PL-12A still holding an advantage over the Aim-120C5 and is largely on-par with the Aim-120D.
Not going to comment on the accuracy of that change, as that is an entirely separate issue which Im not well versed enough in to comment on directly
So… If China needs PL-15 because Aim-120A/B/C5/D suck and you think that PL-12/PL-12A are comprable to them. Then Surely that means that Meteor and Aim-120D3 is also required?

I would prefer improvements to the J10C and J15T, the reversal of the PL12 nerf, and a buff to the PL12A (in terms of range) rather than the addition of the PL15 in this patch.
It would be pointless for the Gaijin to add a new missile only to completely nerf it, and perpetuate the problems on the platforms (j10c/j15T) that will launch the missile.

Because when PL-12 and then PL-12A were really really good. Way better than AMRAAM. Im 100% certain you owuld have been against them adding PL-12 level weapons to other nations to compete right?
