How do I look around without changing the attitude of my plane? In a tank I can go to binoculars to achieve this. Is there a similar function in planes? Thanks.

You can also keybind control the camera view X and Y, in case you want to “stare” in a direction, like for looking down at something beneath you.
What Exo said or just holding down C? Both come in handy in Sim more than in other modes.
