People who spawn 5 TIMES in a Realistic Battles Match should receive a Reward

oh you poor soul. youre about to meet some of the best tanks in the game played by pretty bad players for so long that everyone knows exactly where to one shot you. If you play on EU you may even end up seeing me sealclubbing at those BRs its such a dire spot to be in

Dont just say the KH38 cause the truth is, the typhoon, rafale, F15E/I’s, Su34s, su30s, F16s all make it a headache to do well in.

The Kh38 is good sure, but the Rafale, typhoon F16 etc are all wayyy better platforms to launch from.

but aye about 9.3 9.7 is where I tend to play, rn enjoying 8.3 a lot

Well i’m not the best player so sometimes I have bad games but i’ll always spawn as much as I can. Even if I can only crit or disable one tank for my team to take out towards the end of a match i’ll consider that a success.

brimstone isn’t even in the same universe of abilities in game but I fully agree. KH38 is just the most disgusting one

nah brim isnt near it, but the EF2000 can just go into orbit and drop paveways whilst dodging missiles due to how good it is at high speed.

TBH none of these planes should of been added in GRB yet IMO

Canceling repair cost for premium account players is the silliest decision. at least it should be considered for those who only spawn 1-2 times and still have SP’s players. It should be considered as a bonus for those who already run out of their SP players or have enough contribution

They should get a reward for being so bad at the game they had to respawn 5+ times. I remember fighting a person in Air Arcade, and I got 20 kills on him alone. He had 10 planes, and back ups for all of them.

Funnily enough, rarely see folks spawning reserve tanks or the little trolly ones like the m22 or bt5 now adays.

They just leave the game instead.

While i agree that spawns arent equal to contribution.
E.g
You dont due but get 6 assists 4 kills and 2 caps.

Compared to a dude who gets 2 kills and nothing else but spawns 4 times.

But it does at least show the attempt at participating in the match. Suppose due to ODLing and folks just leaving early its became something rarer to see.

Ah yes the usual “well anyone can abuse it” shows a very niche way that could be fixed by 30 seconds of thought to disqualify people doing this thing “so we shouldnt do it!” move that contrarians love to use.

Just make it so if you J out it doesnt count.
Just make it so if you do literally nothing, it doesnt count.
Just make it so reserve vehicles dont count.

Much simple. Honestly I really dislike this type of argument, its just a “we cant make it 1000% perfect so best to simply not do anything at all and let perfection block progression”.

Also on a final bit, you might spawn 4 or 5 times and do little, or see someone doing little, but the fact you respawned, moved forward and attempted to help to get clapped should be rewarded, even if it was for being shot in the face so an ally wasnt.

What we are talking about here is rewarding and encouraging the attempt to push the teams line forwards even if you get shot in the face over and over. Right now the system is rigged so that if you die early, and think its a losing situation, you are better off leaving to join a different game, REWARD PEOPLE FOR FIGHTING ON and no, the “time of battle” thing isnt really good for that, especially in higher BRs where battles are way faster.

Unfortunately, I must disagree here. I do farm these rewards almost daily for tasks, and doing them is frequently no benefit for the team. When you are after these tasks, you grab what is easy to get (in large numbers) instead of what matters for the match. If you would be playing a victory wager, you would play very different.

That’s an interesting perspective. Consciously I only know one way to play the game and the only thing that varies is my patience.

I think the idea that the average war thunder player can consciously change their strategy to favour kills, assists or surviving the match without dying is unrealistic. I think if it was as easy as choosing to focus and ‘play good’ why would anyone choose to play badly.

Because dying in your Clickbait and then rage quitting guarantees a loss for your team

You also need to factor in that person spawns drives a bit gets hit by a T-90M from accross the map and dies. They at this point have 2 choices…Try again or rage quit and leave.

It is a balance though the more players spawn and die the more SP they feed the other team.
I would rather someone kept trying to spawn in rather than just quit.

Recently managed to carry a game in the Stormer…Shot down 2 CAS jets and all the OP tem had left was IFVs and SPAA. Which the Stormer can deal with.
Had I and the other player in the ADATS not made the decision to spawn it would have been a loss.

these peoples reward is the rp and sl they receive from doing kills after spawning
only spawn reward could potentially be abused

I don’t know about the average war thunder player. But if you go after free premiums, event vehicles or GJN, you will inevidably learn how to optimize, otherwise you rant here how hard the tasks are. There have been many threads on how to optimize daily tasks and challenges with ample participation.
So I guess you do not participate in that stuff? (Probably a good choice.)
But I can tell you that I can very well adjust my play to optimize for all the options you named and many more.

Bit specific with the T90M fact of the matter is ,if you rage quit from getting crossmapped thats a blaring skill issue.
Unless its fire arc.
Also a T90M isnt that good at cross mapping compared to say, leopard 2s or CR2s

Same here mate, Id rather my team not evaporate in teh first 3 minutes cause they cba with the match .

So add new rules to it everytime someone finds a way to abuse it instead of admitting that “spawns” don’t mean much and other things should be rewarded?

It is not about making it 1000% perfect, the whole “spawns mean something” take is bad from all angles.

So You should be rewarded for making Your own team lose as You have given enemy much more than You have taken out of it?

Skill based mechanics already rewards people for doing things for the team overall. What should be changed is that even when You are in enemy team but You are in best 3, You get as good rewards as if You were in winning team.
