So, why do i have a 5 min penalty on my tanks when my team got clapped so hard, i don’t want to re-spawn because there is LITERIALLY nothing you can do. So wait, we will give you a penalty because you didn’t throw your tank away for someone to feed a kill off of.

IIRC you always get locked for the remainder of the 9 minute minimum game length regardless of circumstances… unless that’s changed??
So, if your team gets completely annihilated in 4 mins or less and are now spawned camped by the entirety of the enemy team whom are all still alive. It’s due to a Game Feature, also mind you not spawning back in just to burn the SP to then leave and feed a kill to someone. This seems a lot like Fun game design.
Dunno the exact conditions - maybe if you all get killed it doesn’t - dunno,… why don’t you try it? :)

Dude just fight to the death that’s the glory of it fighting you hardest knowing you did everything in your power therefore saving you self from blame as the reason you team lost because you where the one their still battling when they failed and are not doing shit.

SL cost for repairs is time based.
If you are spawn-camped you can literally “farm” SL by waiting until they overextend, spawning in while standing still and get 1-2 “free” kills because of spawn protection and only pay a tiny amount of SL because you were only alive for like 30 seconds.
I’d argue that if you can’t handle losing, you shouldn’t’ bother playing to begin with.

This only works on certain maps, and specific spawns. On some of them where you spawn in a bowl and the enemy can just sit behind the mound and wait until your spawn protection runs off then merc you, doesn’t exactly bode well for fun and engaging gameplay.
