Once raged when enemy ammunition just disappeared without explosion, and watched his k/d in ground RB. It was 0.7-0.8 and from that moment i started seeing pattern in this situations and player’s k/d. Is it pattern or i am going insane?
The latter option.
Most ammo has a chance to not explode. This mechanic is most noticeable in tanks where you only hit a few pieces of ammo at a time, such as high tier Russian tanks, and using HEAT rounds against tanks like a Tiger II.
