Upon further reading it seems like Leopard 2 A-RC is made by KNDS Deutschland, similar to how KNDS France makes Leclerc Evo. So it’s a wash really

that being said in truth the leopard 2 arc 3.0 is purely german
but the leclerc evolution partialy german, the leclerc evolution uses the embt turrett which was newly designed by france and germany together
