I know this is in extremely controversial take, but I believe that Parts and FPE should be free. The whole modifications system is already a pretty trash system, but Parts and FPE out of anything seriously needs to come stock with your tank.

The single use FPE was a godsend when they changed it.
The free ‘parts’ are useless though. You can’t repair things to working order unless you have a cap, so if you have a blown engine 1km from a cap, good luck.

Literally all they did was named “parts” to “improved parts” and called it fixed 😭.

Well technically you can still use the broken things if you wait the timer thing. But good luck hitting anything with a broken barrel or going anywhere with a destroyed engine.
