I made some improvements to the X-Ray and Damage model for the Panther.
I really dont like the current one we got because it is almost entirely fictional.
Engine that doesnt look like the panthers engine same with the gearbox it is actually copy pasted from many german tanks Earliest I found is the Panzer III Ausf. B but then Panzer III J-M get a unique gearbox but still same engine model.
Eitherways here have some pictures of my current progress
Also I have added some internal steel armor similar to what they did on the new Tiger 2 model

Well the this is visual only so I only needed to change the name of the existing part to trunnion so the game would show it in the exrsy viewer with my high quality visual model
Thank you I put in alot of effort into my projects but many dont go far. This one was originally part of a whole event Tank proposal I would have called it Nightstalker or Nighthunter with this Specific panther being modeled after various Late G models with Night vision equipment.
The Engine compartment Is complete I would say if I wont add some fuel lines perhaps
I have added a power system component.
Here are the various armor protection levels, I have changed it from Modern RHA to Structual Steel but can still block spall in edge cases which is why their omition seems unreasonable.
I might change the 10mm ones to 5mm.
Also for anyone wondering this is how the tank looks from the outside, my idea was to have the tank feel like it had a history a personality of sorts thats why I added alot of like improvised fixes and addon armor.
Maybe I will add some camo bush camo of sorts like these perhaps

I will say the Panthers need an updated visual model aswell. The camos for WW2 vehicles and even modern ones in some nations need a big upgrade. I care abt that more than a 55th F-15 or Su-27 variant.
