The magic eight ball says it will be a Boxer 3105 ;)
Oh Jesus, but a weakness although I won’t have to play wt, there are always some pros
I hope so. Rather this than a official bundeswehr vehicle.
It must be a great light car, but it’s a big…
Big of a bullshit. If it’s really a boxer with a Cockerill 3105, in my opinion would be the second worst in a general classification and the first in least reliable vehicle.
But let’s say it’s really a Boxer with a 105mm, Devs could choose something better considering the time that this would probably take to grind like the Pz. 87-140 would be the best option for Germany and the sixth in general.
Even the Boxer with a 155mm Howitzer would be more fun engaging targets in such mobile platform. But no, it’s a Boxer with a 105mm cannon, same on the CT-CV, repeating all over again from the last Winter or Summer even, I don’t even know, showing how worthless it would be to grind the same vehicle that’s is sold around 30GJN in the marketplace.
I know. I wish we could stop having turrets on wheels, but if we can decide something, we can come up with something else But it’s Gaijin who decides, and we just have to hope that we get the equipment that we’ll like I know how you feel, but just that all I wanted was Pz87-140WE or Leopard 2-140…
What? No!!!
A +1 from me on this! It would be neat to have it in-game as part of an Alpine TT… but then again, with past comments, it’ll likely pop up in the German TT. On that note, though, I have to say I’m a bit iffy on having everything Swiss in the German TT, just considering the amount of unique and interesting Swiss stuff that would likely get skipped over because Germany has a counterpart that does the same thing
Literaly any sub tree.
More often then not its even the other way around. Gajin preferimg to add sub tree stuff first
I suppose that is true, though I don’t particularly agree with skipping the unique stuff.
The difference is that Germany would be the first nation with a pretty full tree as is (or bloated, as some have accused) to get a sub-tree. Most of the others who have gotten sub-trees have had significant gaps in the lineups or just a lack of native vehicles to fill gaps. And even if Gaijin does prioritize Swiss stuff, once again, how much of the unique stuff (i.e., things like the G.13s, Radpanzer M6, the MOWAG Protos, Panzer 39, Panzer 58, Panzer 61, Nahkampfkanone I/II, Swiss SPAA protos, etc) ends up getting skipped because once again Germany doesn’t have gaps that those vehicles could fill?
IMHO, adding the Swiss to Germany feels like a waste, considering they only really need the Swiss, so they can get one top-tier jet to hold them over. Just my two cents, though
UK with india and france with benelux, i would kinda disagree here.
Those 2 are not japan or israel
3.7-6.7 light tier gap,
general high tier / top tier lack of planes specialy CAS
it is more, thats just the only relevant problem most people see
That is definitely a fair point, I’ll give you that
That is also true, though looking at it, there don’t seem to be too many Swiss options available to Germany that could fill that particular gap. There may be a couple of Tank Destroyers or something similar, as well as some Austrian stuff. That said, I doubt Gaijin would be keen on adding Austrian options after what happened last time.
That gap does exist; I’ll give you that. There are more Swiss options there as well. As for CAS, though, there’s not a lot. I mean, there’s the F-5F and eventually the F/A-18C Upgrade 21/25. Or the more controversial option of giving us the base Swiss F/A-18C with the anachronistic ability to carry air-to-ground ordnance (also decreases the need for the Upgrade 21/25).
I suppose I can see some potential gaps that would allow for more unique Swiss things to come, but at the same time, Germany has potential native options for some of those gaps, especially in the Ground TT. Honestly, it would be a shame to miss out on more unique Swiss and German things just because one is added over the other. Though I do suppose there is always the Premium/Event options
Wonder how much gaijin’s value will deviate from the reports
slash it in half probably
the PZ-87-140 WE didnt use DU shells it uses tungsten alloy shells, switzerland never used DU and there is barely any european countries who use DU and even so they mostly used it for experimentation, also your BHN its wrong it should be 260, gaijin uses 18.6 for DU and 17.6 for WHA.
and one of the issues of DU is that it performs worse on higher velocities wich was taken into account
Spoiler
this is a more reallistic result
more info on that
