Yeah, doesn’t help, tornado Gr1, spawn in dump CMs, max G turn away and climb still get hit.
Only aircraft at top tier I have that can reliably survive spawning in is the Gripen a 12.7. but can’t really attack. And even if I get weapons off, usually the Pantsirs just shoots them down

The best way to balance the spaa is just to spawn further away so you have time to react to any threats, being air or ground threats
Yeah, the worst part being is the Pantsir has an insanely long radar range, i think of around 35-40km
Okay, nitpicking here. Noone really uses GR.1, lets be real. People spawn GR.7 instead and fly low like i mentioned and have success. As i said, all you need is barell roll, the missle wont pull enough to get you. And then fly low and fast. People complaining about Pantsir being OP never tried playing with it and seeing it from other side.

15,30 or 50 is the range.
Bad thing is that the Pantsir’s missile is so quick that you have a very little time to do the barrel roll, trust me i’ve tried.

Missle range realistically like 15 max, fired at 20 if it flies straight towards you without maneuvering then ye. But the missle have no energy after. The missle itself doesnt burn for long,and looses energy very quickly.

I see players do it every time and evade the missles without issue. Another thing is, Pantsir cant hit anything flying perpendicular to it. The missle simply wont pull. But then you are not particularly good player with barely 0.5 K/D in GRB and being US main.

I use the tornado Gr1 all the time.
Especially as it’s 11.3 and the Gr7 is 11.7. there is real value to running an 11.3 line up instead of 11.7. as you won’t see 12.7 CAS and downtiers are more common.
And that is irrelevant, So Germany, Italy and Britain can’t use their principle CAS aircraft because of 1 SPAA is kinda BS. Buffs coming in June should help a bit. But it’s not enough to defend against Pantsirs

I do. Nothing wrong with the GR1, can even kill pantsirs from outside their reach if they’re silly enough to not move in the minute it takes your PGM to reach it.

Idk man, i fly like 30 degrees to the side at 4000 m with 1 pantsir and fire a mav at around 15 or 13 km’s and then go cold. Works most of the times. If u fly low there is always a cancerous 2S38 that will boom boom you
I was once like all of you in this topic,when Pantsir was added i was furious what kind of OP bs it is. They did SACLOS changes, i got the Pantsir, i saw it from the other side how bad it is, being constantly dunked on by M2Ks,Gripens,F-16Cs or the GR.7s and i understand now.

I am not even sure if you can shoot it down. Cause GBUs rn you can shoot and proxy missles all around them, and they still hit and never explode mid air. Meanwhile mavs can be easily shot down by the missles you have.
