Maybe they plan to introduce the superior version to the main tree?
Still, a very weird choice unless the techtree version comes with this next update.
How is the turret protection compared with basic T-80UD?
However, I am very puzzled, the model in the game is obviously an improved T-80UD, but the reverse is different. I had a hard time logging into the Pakistani domestic website to find information. I think I need the help of this suggestion initiator.
@soviet_MoonMan Hello, sorry to bother you.Can you help me for search more Pankistan T-80UD information?
Looks like the same powerpack from the MBT2000, I’d assume it should also come with the improved reverse speed - this is mostly a guess however, you can’t really see the engine.
if Gaijin really got the wrong modelling, we should push Gaijin to change the engine and transmission to match with the model
i think they only need to change the reverse speed otherwise everything else is accurate
gaijn believes that the 80UD with a new turret is the obj.478BE-1.
If Gaijin intends to give us the cast turret T-80UD, then the orignal T-80UD chassis should be used and not this one
This is the Pakistani t-80ud.
As such it would be how it is in Pakistani service
I mean in real life there is no such combination of cast turret and 6DT-2E engine?
I don’t understand, Pakistan has two different models of T-80UD? one with cast turret and better engine and one with the original turret and old engine? or how is it?
Cast turret, welded turret, 6TD-2 engine, 6TD-1 engine. To be honest, I’ve completely fainted.
From my limited knowledge, there should be 3 versions:
- cast turret + -4 transmission
- welded turret + -4 transmission
- welded turret + MBT-2000 transmission
It seems Gaijin want to give us version 1 but made a mixture of 1+3
I’m feeling exactly like u, I didn’t know that they use different variations of the same tank
oh now I understand, thanks!
that gives me hope that we will see a better version in a sub tree maybe
There is.
The pakistani one.
Pakistan has two variants of the t-80 and 1 outstander
Looks like you are knowledgeable about Pakistani tanks. Could you tell us how many Pakistani versions of T-80UD out there?
