What’s your guys best farm for this challange? I don’t really play bombers and strikers.
Not too high tier.
I did about 1/3rd of the whole challenge within about one hour using Wyvern, Narwal, Skyraider and F-84F.
You can just as well however use pretty much anything to strafe unarmored targets like howitzers and AAA.
Personally, I’d just play like normal and then when given the chance (like nearing end of match) go for ground targets (this is in AirRB at least).
There is plenty of time for the challenge so I wouldn’t rush straight in to ground targets (if using a fighter, for example, as you said you don’t play bombers or strike).
(I mainly play props, but it should be similar for higher tiers (but not too high))

I still lament the fact that once again Sim Air is excluded from a challenge that would be perfect for it…

My main thing that I even thought of using was the Spitfire Mk2a. Venture, but that is rank 2 unfortunately.
I wish I could do it in ASB. Why can’t I do it with a P-47 or F6F-5N (since F6F-5 is rank II, fair) or a F4U-4? Like I’d get it for limiting A-10s or similar from doing it with their glide bombs and AGMs and whatnot but… Why not props?

I kinda agree that the JDAM-ER’s and SDB’s can finish that challenge quite quickly - but that isn’t a Sim specific thing, but applies for the other game modes too.
Just consider that at any time there maybe 20, max. 40 ground targets available at any time in a Sim EC match IF a ground battle event or two is available, and especially with those stand-off bombs the first one there may reap a whole ground battle event, all others are left with scraps or nothing, until the next event, which may be triggered the next 5 minutes. Or 15. Or 30.
So in an RB match where one sometimes has 50-70 ground targets available, it should not be more challenging or time consuming than in Sim EC.
The more lament, the more weight, no? = )

U can use Me-262 A1-U4 and farm easily i did than in less than 3 hours
SB2C-4 in either the French or Japanese trees, you’ll get it done in 3 or 4 matches if you get decent maps that actually have ground targets on them, take the .50 cal gunpods instead of any suspended armament, wings rip at 340kt so make sure to airbrake before you hit that when diving from the bomber spawn.
ended up using the do 335 a1 , it’s not that great,but i still manage 10-15 ground kills per match
