Definitely would be nice to use it for something at least. Seeing as how eventful vehicles will be numerous, I think the steep price would be reasonable.

(I do wish Gajin would let a small % of said rp to be used at the cost of sl or something)

I think that would be a great idea! Maybe have the option to use convertible RP or GE for the stars as well allowing a bit more flexibility while also incentivizing gaijin to make a little money.

+1 I love the idea, it’s definitely alot more thought out and realistic than most other suggestions relating to old event vehicles.

I personally don’t even really care for the higher tier vehicles, i’m just really crushed because the LVT(A)(4), Ka-Chi, Toldi IIA, and LVT-4/40 are unobtainable through the marketplace and are nearly impossible to get through SL crates if they are in them.

perhaps stars could also be obtained for a steep price of convertible RP (say 1 or 2 million for a star?)

Another great idea that would make convertible RP much more valuable. Everyone keeps obtaining more convertible RP, without really using it all. So this idea would allow you to trade in the RP in huge quantities to get without having to buy them with GE. This also rewards the players that play the game on a daily to weekly basis, since they will be obtaining convertible RP at a steady rate. Meanwhile players that only come online for this specific event won’t have any RP left to use, so they are forced to pay with GE if they don’t want to play the game to get the .
