One Spawn Quitters

To limit it, ensure players for RB matches have at-least 3 vehicles in their lineup. If they spawn and die / leave in the first 5 minutes put a 20 minute timer on their line nation. If under 7.5 minutes. Do a 10 minute timer. If it happens 3-5 in a row across nations / games then add a 30 minute timer followed with a one hour. It would sharply decrease people doing so, even though some still will.

How about a new edited narrow map combined with an uptier with no ability to flank anymore? That might be a No Kill Leave because I certainly wouldn’t stick around in an uptier when the map forces me to face an enemy a whole BR above from the front.

Crew locking means nothing because mostly I turn the game on, find I am up tiered and in a new narrow map and the game goes off again. It’s the reason I haven’t played as much lately.

Really fallen out of love with WT since they screwed the maps up and I didn’t bother to renew premium in the sale. No more money from me.

The first reason they wont do it is because they would need to advertise that when selling premium vehicles which could affect sale of those. For them queue time and selling premiums are holy grail. Everything else is much less important.

The second reason is they wont do it because of new tech trees. Some tech trees have only 1 or maybe 2 vehicles to start with.

The third reason is player can spawn heli first and he doesn’t even have to have proper lineup. 1 reserve vehicle allows for him to spawn heli.

And the fourth reason is punishment never works.

Interesting comment what makes you say that?

Stupid idea.

Really? I don’t think so ;)

You have encounter two problems in this idea. First: the sp in RB is enough to spawn two verhicles or 1 heli with unguided missiles (heli rush fail mean instant garage). Two: premium verhicles are the main selling point for Gaijin so either you need to purchase backup if you run out or you need to add very low BR verhicle as backup for the prem verhicle you bought.

I’ve always despised the 0DL and 1DL, but I revised my opinion after they introduced those narrow map versions. I 0DL every time when I get one of those - they are just so retarded. How the heck did anyone think that was a good idea?!?

8.0’s not great, for some reason, it feels like the 103 got a nerf. I prefer 8.7, in an up tier actually, I take it to 9.0 with the Lansen, and 11.0 is fun, usually bring the patria and ItPsV90 up to 11.0 and play the T-80U, mostly because I enjoy the T-80 tank. Narrow maps suck, although I try to push through, and usually just die, but yeah RB is the only mode to play in my opinion. You have to bring a full lineup to really play the game, and even with my minimal lineups I play, I usually make it through the whole match.

Well, whatever :-). In any case, I will need a new lineup at rank V, as I don’t intend to use the 5.7 one with a research penalty. It is either 8.0 or 7.7. I found 8.0 more varied in vehicles and premium options. So I decided to grind out rank V for the next sale and then take it from there. 9 other nations need attention too.

Yeah, maybe it’s just personal opinion, but I’d do 9.3 for the T72M1, and the CV9035 FIN, and a few other things, and aircraft as well. But idk

How about stop with the 85% or more uptiering every friggin game

I ODL in every single full up tier. Honestly I quit 99% of them before even spawning but when i do play its a ODL

It makes a lot more sense in a full uptier to ZERO-death-leave instead, if anything. So I don’t think that’s probably a very big contributor to one death leaving.

By far the most likely reason IMO is that Gaijin simply stored heatmaps of where people go in different maps, and like 95% of people went to these regions in the versions of these maps that were 1-cap. So just cutting off the rest of it would make the vast majority of those players happy by not getting more or less randomly ganked by the one nerd who went out into the rest of the empty map to (most likely) spawn camp them.

Since you can’t pay money to get none of these maps, there’s no monetary incentive for them to lie about it. They must believe most players enjoy it. And since there’s no such thing as data on map bans for maps that don’t exist yet, and I’m not aware of any open response map feedback suggestion box, process of elimination suggests: it’s probably heatmap data.

100% Agreed. Warthunder is and remains the only game I play while dual boxing another completely different game. So I play God of War atm until I dont get a shitty full uptier.

I recommend quitting after 1 death

Even better, start quitting on bad maps and uptiers.

War Thunder has elementary level balance (could be fixed in 24hrs by actual good players), therefore it is basically your duty to quit unbalanced matches.

Multi-box some OSRS for me.

Even better … don’t click on “to battle”. Works like a charm for all.
