Here are 10 reasons why you might want to reconsider grinding the USA in War Thunder:

  1. Weak Armor
  • Many US tanks, especially in the mid-BR range, have poor armor (e.g., M4 Shermans struggle against German 75 mm guns).

  • Tanks like the M103 or M6A1 are big and sluggish, making them easy targets for enemy fire.

  • The USA often gets APFSDS or strong APHE shells late, making their firepower weaker compared to other nations.

  • While other nations have 37-45 mm cannons (USSR) or MK 108s (Germany), many US planes rely on .50 cal machine guns, which struggle against armored targets.

I literally dont have any idea what you just said, you can check my stats, im a casual US player, i enjoy 9.3 a lot, i like the HSTVL and the M1A1, i dont get this post. I could understand if you said the teammates were bad considering 8 of them are level 6 players but i legitimately dont think you’re playing the tanks right

You completely ignore the advantages that the Sherman’s get over panzers, and being weak to German guns isn’t US specific.

Heavy tanks typically aren’t small and mobile unlike many American tanks such as the M56, M50, T92, HSTV-L, M18 and the M22.

Only if you look at stuff 1 dimensionally.

Not US specific, plus the air tree has a ton of undertiered planes.

They have the best air tree in the entire game.

That isn’t a USA unique issue.
