Don’t mind me derailing the topic with this one, but somehow the autoloader to the Soviet/Russian tanks was actually a buff, now they can eat shells and not being able to hit the ammo, it act like a spall liner.

Oh yes it was a massive buff. The 2S38 also got a huge buff, because now there is almost no ammo in the turret. That combined with the insanely tiny unrealistically small breech that is some how smaller than the barrel (magik), it is now almost impossible to kill hull-down 2S38s. Instead what you will damage is their ‘electronics’ which only disables their stabilizer. Which is irrelevant when the vehicle is hulldown pelting you with blinding 57mm spam.
They also removed the back plate behind the fuel tank which could cause spall and make it easier to kill the crew. Instead now the fuel tank just eats spall, because Russian fuel tanks are actually a hyper futuristic new Soviet-only teknologee that Stalin himself recorded upon a piece of toilet paper while having his morning thinking session, and they function like re-usable secondary ERA.
Also to note that Russians apparently fill their tanks with anti-spall oxygen, which is like normal oxygen, but 10x the density of the Earth’s core.

2s38 gets to be both one of the best spaas at the BR as well as one of the best light tanks that can delete multiple tanks in short succession… it isn’t slow its just slower than MBTs lmao

What? its considered an SPAA, but somehow it can kill TOP TIER MBTs and disable most of them, HSTV-L thats considered a tank destroyer cannot kill a single tank and suffer in TOP TIER, fighting against far more superior tanks with spall liners, and let’s not forget the ERA on the T90M that somehow according to gaijin’s logic can stop a Maverick.

I don’t even think the HSTV-L is bad at all. I think it is actually amazing. But I absolutely despise the Russian 10.0 premium wallet lineup, and frankly believe that they should all be shoved up to 13.7 so I never have to see them again.
I also think that the instant any shell penetrates a Russian T-series tank, it should be vaporized, superheating the air around it into an immediate fuel-air thermobaric explosive capable of destroying any vehicles within a 100m vicinity, while simultaneously exploding the player’s PC. For realism.

Oh no, how horrible, the absolute horror, -5 degrees of depression, how could I possibly manage with this. How could I. It’s impossible. That’s so bad I cannot believe it. We should move the T-80BVM to 1.0, and add 3 more premium T-80s to 10.0 to compensate.
It surely isn’t like I’ve… ground out the entire Russian tree and have used many vehicles with -0 depression.

You indeed have T-80 levels of depression so you basically cant play hulldown, it aint Chally,Leo or Abrams with 10 or more.
What is with bad players thinking you cant do hull down with 5 or 6 degrees of gun depression like areas on the maps dont exist to do this lmao

Yup. I find the Russian tech tree boring, and haven’t touched it since completing it. Grinding it from start to finish was utterly mindless, and in most vehicles I can do well just by holding the W key.
Oh no muh depression.
Frankly it’s insulting how mindless most of the Russian grind is, they give you so many snowflake advantages like your ballistic capped shells magically having the angled penetration of modern APFSDS because raisins.
And their MBTs are the only things allowed to have armor until the 2A6s.

Another post shilling for Russia. Time to defend the HSTVL from this atrocious.
HSTVL is double the acceleration, faster top speed, smaller, and with a far better round.
HSTVL is superior in every way to 2S38 with thermal generation being the exclusive exception.
That would harm HSTVL. HSTVL is already the best auto-light tank in the game 2nd to none.
ADATS already exists if I want SPAA, and is superior to HSTVL getting 9.7 SPAA features.

In all fairness Russia has the only good SAMs.
I had to use the Type 93 for a very very long time, and it was nightmarishly painful compared to the Strela which was at the same BR. Now the ZSU-23-M4 is at the same br lmfao.
