First of all, congratulations on the official Snail Plushie collaboration with Makeship! It’s a great idea, and I’m sure many players from Türkiye would love to purchase one.
Unfortunately, Türkiye does not appear to be available as a shipping destination during checkout , making it impossible for us to order the plushie.
Interestingly, Türkiye is listed among the supported countries on Makeship’s official shipping information page. This makes the situation even more confusing.
This is particularly disappointing because the plushie is a limited-edition product, and the purchase also includes exclusive in-game rewards: a 3D tank decoration and the “Snail Cuddler” title.
Could Gaijin please contact Makeship to clarify this issue and explore a shipping solution for players in Türkiye?
If direct shipping is not possible, perhaps an alternative distributor or another purchasing option could be considered.
We are happy to pay for the product and reasonable international shipping costs. We simply want the opportunity to purchase the same official merchandise as other players.
Please don’t leave the Turkish War Thunder community out of this collaboration.
