the “Balance changes” backfired so hard they spend the last half year revoking that
Last I tried it was reversion 1 or 2, and the gunplay was still unreverted but better than when it was an arcadey meme of a mess that was before the change.
If the gunplay is as realistic as it was in 2021 that’d be a miracle.
I think the main or only real difference to 2021 is that back then the Playerbase was mostly Diehard Milsim players willing to play on however full the server is but now there are mostly new players who thought this was COD but cheaper
you just have to find a good server to see the veterans of 21 still playing the same
You know what annoys me? COD Modern Warfare 2019 adopted realistic gunplay…
But the “realistic” shooters on steam all have arcadey gunplay with excessive recoil and the deeply unrealistic & goofy aiming deadzone where your barrel twitches around the center of the screen every time you move.
I mean the M1 and K98 aren’t exactly known for low recoil
I’ve fired M1 IRL using .308 powder charge in .30-06 [which is closer to WW2 .30-06 powder charge].
2021 HLL was accurate.
Fallout 4’s M1 Garand mod is rather accurate.
If you are untrained, sure recoil is an issue.
However, these games are supposed to be realistic and you’re supposed to be trained.
So recoil should be that of a trained person at all times.
either way they’re Trying to improve and there is no better competitor avalibe
I don’t remember shelter people having weapons training that much.
You get out the shelter and can use the first power armor with a minigun the first day out, wonder where these trainings are :p
In Fallout 4 you’re a veteran from the Great War, so it’s obvious that you’d be trained in how to fight.
I haven’t really played the French version, is it less of a focus?
The male character back story was that he was in the military but his wife your point is valid
