I’ll still probably buy it, but the sooner they add an all aspect to the J-7D the sooner I’ll rush to buy it, lol.
Now that I have a LOT of experience with USSR tanks, I can give you a good feel for it.
ZTZ-96A feels lighter, and about halfway in speed between the TURMS and a T-80B. Transmission is still about as bad, but has about 1 kmh better reverse speed. Allegedly the tanks are the same weight. Engine has more HP, but slightly less top speed. Haven’t noticed the ZTZ being slower though.
You basically trade a lot of K-1 protection, including a better protected lower hull, for slightly better mobility, and slightly better ERA where it is located (plus Chinese Shtora-1, which may help with some threats at the BR).
CF-103. Was to replace the CF-100. But never happened. Then the CF-105 Arrow came along and killed them all.

Even if we keep the current 5 line layout of the british tree i think Canadian, Indian, and Australian planes could really help fill out tier 6.
