today I learned that theres a Sort of Parboiled Wheat which can be cooked like rice

I did however not know that rice became so rare in our Military kitchen that we need to resort to substitutes like this

I found a real life incident report of a pilot using rudder to control roll to land a plane with failed ailerons.

Warthunder actually models stuff right woo.

I also found a nice aerodynamics document to nerd at.

So I’m just chillin playing sim battles. I get cupola sniped by a IS-6 on my conqueror with BS APHE, the usual, a yak-9 is in the air and so I spawn in the Bosvark to take it down, and what to my surprise but a FULL AP BELT OF SHOT L1G.

Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on whose team you are) it doesn’t actually retain the 502mm of pen and performs as normal, though I kind of hoped it wouldn’t. It just seems like a minor bug :)

If I recall you kinda had to land the Super Sabre with the rudder. It got really funky at low speeds and the rudder would make the plane roll more than its actual ailerons. (or something along those lines.)

You can cook Khichuri with it.

Any grain can be used instead of rice.

Time loves to go quick when I have a lot to do.

When I played with my friend I had (in futility) tried to tell him that trying to ram into another plane was in fact, not the fastest way to grind (this was reserve tier)

You want to fire in short bursts and conserve your ammo

Sh*t i see few seconds later:

oh my god my gun jammed again this game sucks

I had no idea when i first saw this image but decided to test my investigation skills.

F-104 ?

it’s a MC-2 flight control grip right?

Edit:

there are a lot of them that look almost identical.

( MC-2 flight control grip review - AIRCRAFT INSTRUMENTS & EJECTION SEATS - U.S. Militaria Forum )

Its a B-8A out of a F-86 which as fair as I know is functionally the same thing as a MC-2
Trigger is PTT and the hat is rigged to the prehistoric century III autopilot that lets the pilot trim the aircraft without manually cranking it

Fortunately the bottom does nothing because my hands are fairly large and that button is extremely uncomfortable to press because my pinkie is only half on it and the direction the button depresses and the way my finger rotates are two entirely separate angles.
I have to brace against my other fingers to push it

“I’'m gonna go kill that A6M2”

Cobi announced the B-2 Spirt set coming in 2026

Scale is 1:100, price is unknown but guessing it will be around £70-£90.

Also looks like it’s not just 1 big piece like the F-117 was.

Guys what is the best time of year to buy golden eagles?

Whenever you want Golden Eagles.

Aren’t there times of the year when there’s sales or stuff?
