definitly at one point they should get their home sooner then later, poland makes a great independent one, belgium and luxembourg could fill nicely to france and netherland to germany. Canada and australia are hard ones with being able to fit into us and uk, if i remeber right there were good enough czech and yugoslavia independet ones and just dont know enough about new zealand

not necesarily there is more then enough countries with better mbt options, either unique like K2 variants or heavily modified t series tanks. from all of these option benelux just is the most boring and it is better to get them implemented sooner into existing trees compared to potentialy needing to wait over 5 years because their is a lot better stuff

that one propably is more classified as a light tank then an actual mbt, it is no “real” leopard tank and not even leo 2

we could argue in that case as well the, gepard is a leopard, the new italian flak is a leoaprd etc etc lol. only because they have a leo 1 chassis doesnt make them an mbt, the cockerill turret doesnt have the necesarily mbt protection
New Zealand and Australia fought in WW2, but they don’t have enough vehicles to fill a tree. Their unique stuff is best used as filler in the british tree
Canadas vehicles would best be used to bolster both the british and US trees
