Could be a kitbash of an IS-2 and an T-34, with a bit of IS-3 chucked in for spice.
100% fake, the turret is very much not level with the hull, and the shadows on the turret are all wrong compared to the lower front plate
i think i found what is the hull, The Hull seems to be the one of the Cold War IS-2 that were being used by the ussr before face out
