I believe that missile was meant to go on the F104A because it was right next to it, and the nearest other aircraft was the Mig 17. Hopefully that gives you guys an insight into which version it is.

3 Su-34 in the air, 18 Kh-38MTs being launched at once, my team wiped out in minutes, spawn pushed, SPAA can’t work safely nor have the range or speed to counter such threat. This is the carefully crafted game Gaijin has built, tell me again how advanced SAMs are going to change anything?
