Hard to say. A lot of stuff gets uploaded to the internet when it shouldn’t have. COMMSEC wasn’t the best around late 90s to early 2000s a lot of people weren’t aware of it’s vulnerabilities.
Yeah, the Chinese dart that was the real deal also had the same stats on a brochure at Zhuhai the year after so it may have just been one of those gray zones.

Well the person who I suspected was banned for this was not banned, rather unfortunately as I was really hoping it was them.

I haven’t showered since last year.
What’s the optimum range for launching amraam? I usually fire them at 20km range(3k meters altitude) but it never hits enemy jets. I’m really struggling with amraams
Depends on what you use most likely.
If you have R-77 don’t bother going over 15km.
I recently unlocked F-16C but the TWS mode doesnt work as good as the F-14B’s TWS mode for some reason. I can reliably hit targets with the AIM54 with TWS mode but AIM120 always misses the target when I use TWS.

Alright lads, hope you’re all well and happy new year.
After much thought, I’ve decided top tier China will be my 2025 grind project (Planes, Tanks & Heli’s), and just had a couple questions as honestly, I’m not even remotely familiar with Chinese stuff irl, and want to focus on the important - ‘future proofed’ lines at least initially.
Ground :
- 2 MBT’s is enough for me, so was planning on skipping the ZTZ99A line entirely and just getting WZ1001 & VT4 (Plus AA & Light line). Is this a mistake ? is 99A better? Is there something likely to come after the 99A which would make that line more worthwhile?
Air :
- Would skipping over JH7, and focusing on J10 / J11 lines be a mistake ? I care more about CAP than CAS. Additionally, which of those two lines (J10 / J11) should be first priority, not just for what they have now, but what they can reasonably expect in the near future?

J-10 and J-11 lines are a great investment as the J-16 and J-10C are going to be direct competitors to the Hornet, Viper, Eagle, Eurofighter, Rafale and Flankers.
Wonder how it’ll do against late strike eagles and advanced eagle series aircraft
