I’d assume no, but they have had branded tires in game, notably Pirelli and Nokian tires, so I’d assume no, simply because it doesn’t say “McDonell Douglass F-15 Eagle,” “General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon,” or “General Dynamics M1A2.” It would be kinda cool to see it branded, but companies make lots of money off of royalties and use of their name and logos, which only makes plausible sense if your playing a simulator, Like, Microsoft Flight Simulators, Farming simulator, or Euro/American Truck Simulator games. Also, the design (physical, as in blueprints!) would cost money, but since it is not only non-branded, but also not a copyrighted design (As it’s not 1:1 with an actual F-16 or F-15, and it’s digital, and also not an American company/entitiy, meaning they do not abide by American copyright/trademark laws)
